I really like Mirafit equipment - Courier NOT
I really like Mirafit equipment, looks the great and the gear is really good quality. Ordering was easy to complete on the website, confirmation and turn around was very quick.
Sadly their courier let them down, DHL e Commerce AKA Evri delivered later than they said, advising that I wasn't in when they attempted to deliver on time. When they did arrive the next day, the delivery guy was throwing my nice new gear out of the van onto the road. When challenged that he is damaging my shiny new equipment, his only response was, "it's ok, if damage you send back". When trying to explain that's not how it works, he didn't understand.
This really detracted from the overall experience and hence the only reason I have given a 3/5 and not 5/5. Somebody needs to take accountability for the courier as they do not.
Use DPD, I'd rather pay the extra to never use DHL/Evri ever again.

Okay- got there in the end.
Hmm. Whilst the equipment is top notch and the prices aren’t too bad compared to competition, the delivery was left unattended on a pallet on my drive. Yes, Over £2k of gym equipment on my drive for everyone to see, feel and take if they were strong enough. They offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience though after a bit of back and forth on email.

I am sorry this happened, looking into this I can see this was investigated with the courier at the time and a complaint was logged with them, as this is not something the delivery driver should do without contacting us or the customer first to seek permission. I can see that compensation was issued to you for the inconvenience this caused.

Great bit of kit . Quick delivery.
Only issue was the delivery driver er dropped it outside the house in the open - easy to steal and get wet - we have an undercover open porch.

Such a solid bit of kit
Such a solid bit of kit. Instructions were spot on...just one thing to note, if you have the standalone, fit that early on.
We've been using it a few days now and it's gym quality, I decided to go for the mirafit for that reason. I've screwed it into the floor and it's solid as a rock. It's such a flexible piece of kit, you can exercise so many parts of your body. I think you've probably guessed by now that I'm really pleased with this purchase!!
