This was my second order$400+ and I don’t have any sheets to fit my bed
This was my second order. I have a split king bed. The first order I asked for 2 Twin size sheets and 2 king size pillowcases. I got 2 king size sheet sets. I thought maybe I made a mistake ordering. This order I ordered a split king set. I received another set of king size sheets. I don’t knows who packs your orders but you should fire them. I figured first order I could find someone to gift a set to. Now I have 3 sets that I can’t use. These weren’t cheap. What can you do to rectify this?

Received quickly, great sheets
My order came quickly, well packaged. Sheets are well made and the fabric is just right, not too heavy, not too light. Feels very comfortable and sleeps cool. I had a question and sent an email that was answered within 24 hours. I would recommend these sheets.

These sheets are a big waste of money. They don’t do much to keep you cool and they don’t stay in place. They move all over the bed while you sleep. Not worth the money they charge for them in any way. Cheaply made. Very unhappy with our purchase.

30 day money back guarantee is a joke! They won't respond to my request to return a set of sheets or the duvet that I did mean to order. My oder got processed before I could take the duvet off the order. The sheets are not soft like they claim and my husband still sweats like crazy

Customer service is awful. They never answer their phone. It takes days to get an email response. I tapped the wrong color and want to exchange for white sheets and they are not responding. They offered me $28 to keep their crummy sheets

Horrible Sheets and Horrible Customer Service.
After using the sheet they became so filled with rough bumps. The became so uncomfortable they were unusable. I called customer service but they said it was over 30 days there was nothing they were going to do. I find this interesting because this wouldn’t happen within 30 days. If I could give these sheets and customer service a zero I would.

I purchased the miracle sheets last may 2024,and there is a pretty big rip in them.
We I reached out to them they said you didn’t purchase the warranty. So I guess this sheets have a very short time frame. Will not be purchasing this sheets again.

Be sure to get extended warranty!
As promised, I am updating my review after receiving great customer support from the company.
I originally bought a full set of deluxe sheets after seeing their stuff advertised by someone i follow. After washing them once, they were "pilling" a lot... after washing them one or two more times, they were so thin there were holes forming. I tried to contact their regular support and was told they only have 30 day warranty... So for anyone considering buying from them, I would definitely encourage to get the very long warranty to avoid any issues!
After initially writing this review here, i got contacted by their support team and offered a replacement, which I accepted. I just received it minutes ago and am now updating the review. I presume I was just extremely unlucky and got a bad batch.
The washcloth and smaller towel that came with the original purchase are both absolutely fantastic and I would definitely considering ordering more of those alone!
So my recommendation for anyone considering their bedsheets is to be sure to get the extended warranty in case you are unlucky like i was and be super careful when washing them i guess.

My sheet set order came without the pillow cases..I have called and the young woman I spoke with was less than kind. She actually asked me to send a picture to show that I didn’t receive the pillow cases. I have sent an email twice with no response.
The sheets are nice, not great, and their customer service is horrible. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Stitching coming apart, garbage!
I have probably washed these sheets five times in cold water under a normal cycle. I will try to post a photo of one of the pillow cases I just took out of my dryer! As you can see the stitching inside has all come undone. This is not the only problem with their sheets. I am seeing the top sheet and fitted sheet balling. In all the years I have bought sheets I have never seen such garbage at high cost. I have cheaper sheets that have held up for years. I have no order number since I bought these sheets in April 2024 and can't find it. These sheets were purchased April 27,2024 through my credit card with Bank Of America. How would I possibly have a order number still? I can send a photo of the pillow case with Miracle Made tag hanging from it and you can see the pillow case stitching has almost fully come apart.

NOT worth the $$$
These sheets do not cool any more, in fact probably less, than my cotton microfiber sheets. They are not wrinkle-free, not particularly soft and seem to hold on to a lot of lint after drying. Certainly not worth the over $100 price tag!

Horrible Sheets
I put these sheets on the bed hoping it would be cool as they claim, however, it’s not true. They were uncomfortable and after the 35 days the sheets shredded at the bottom of the bed. The worse sheets I ever purchased. It’s over thirty days so no refund. Of course the sheet shredded after the 30 day period. What a waste of money.

Poor quality
Sheet set less than a year old started having large rips and holes. I wrote the company who wouldn't offer any replacement but said they'd give me a 25% discount to buy new sheets. Never again. I'm 50 and have owned and washed many sheets in my life. Never had a rip or a tear. Often buying new sheets when changing decor not because of wear or tear. Don't waste your money

Torn sheets within 6 months
I 'splurged' on this sheet set about 6 months ago. Unfortunately I did not check this site for reviews before purchasing, and I really should have. I experienced many of the same issues as everyone else. My main issue was pilling at the feet, which then became a huge tear. (I washed them all along as directed also.) I did not purchase a warranty because 'surely $100 sheets won't need a warranty.' I was wrong. Only 6 months in, and torn sheets. Giving an extra star because initially they were very comfy and did seem to temporarily help with the cooling factor. But that went away within a few months as well. I wouldn't spend your money on these.

Miracle Brand Sends Mismatched Same Color Towels
Ordered 2 bath and 2 hand towels in sky blue. Was sent 2 hand towels labeled sky blue but they were two different colors. Tried to get correct color from 3/7/25 until 3/21/25 but the company kept sending me mismatched ( 3 of same) sky blue to the sky blue of my bath towels. Company emailed me it was a promotion when I paid full price. Finally gave up when company told me that was it they have no more. I am sending all the towels in that order back with the 3 'replacement' sky blue towels. Company should know what inventory they have before customer orders to fulfill order instead of expecting customers to pay top dollar for mismatched towels. This is how they lose customers!

I just received my sheets, which I paid over $250 for two sets, and I noticed a huge hole at the seam, before I even put them on the bed! The email address is invalid and no one answers my calls!! I want my money back and would not recommend buying from this company!
