I ordered 40 custom Christmas Cards. When they arrived 12 of the cards were of a different family. I have spent 2 days and numerous hours on hold trying to talk to a customer service representative.... See more

They printed our card envelopes on a printer with low ink and had the audacity to send them and charged us 150 dollars for 50 front and back cards. A total waste of money. Don’t recommend.

Although fast shipping was heavily advertised, my Christmas cards were delayed and did not arrive by the promised timeframe despite paying for rush shipping. It’s not FedEx. It’s the company that can’t make the cards on time to send to FedEx. The company failed to honor its stated deadlines. I would not rely on them for special occasions. I was looking forward to building a long term partnership with them for all my occasions but no thank you.

DO NOT ORDER!!! their customer service is just not working in purpose. You can’t get in touch with anyone - The cards we got were literally blurry and had a weird tint. I want refund - order 798565784

Minted failed to include the envelopes we paid extra for with our holiday cards. Now our cards won’t go out on time, even though we also paid for a rush order. I’ve been on hold for over two hours with no end in sight, and their customer service wait times are completely unacceptable. I will never order from them again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

Christmas card order unexplicitly delayed no communication about the delay paid extra for expedited service unable to contact them, . Phone recording says there are more than 10 people a head of us with no updates dates, after 20 minutes and the recording just keeps telling you that there are 10 people ahead of you. They’re not responsive to the chat either I’ve had much better luck with Shutterfly over the years. It was $1000 expedited order, we have used them for 3 years. No more.

Wanted to splurge on our cute Christmas cards this year so we went with Minted and paid even more to get the red foil border. Also paid to expedite shipping so we could get the cards out before Christmas. Just received them today. Looks like a grade schooler cut them out. The border is uneven all different sides and slivers of white are peeking out from the border which is weird because there was no white border to begin with. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. These cards are like our little gift to family and friends (we come up with cute and funny themes each year) and folks eagerly await receiving them. THEY WERE SOOO EXPENSIVE and to have them come back looking like this is maddening! I've been on hold for customer service for over an hour now because the AI chat keeps asking the same questions. I am now seeing the horrible customer service reviews. Sigh. I should have done a little more research because now I feel completely ripped off. I've had better cards done at Costco or Walgreens! Sheesh. This was my first and LAST time with Minted. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible customer experience. Product is fair at best. No excuse for customer service not to answer a chat after 90 minutes.

Production takes a long time, delivery was 3 days late (Minted/production issue, not the delivery service - I even paid for the rush/overnight service), and I was on hold for over an hour to speak to customer service using their chat feature. They used to have an email but apparently it’s not monitored anymore, as no one replied to my email. I paid the rush shipping so they could be here by Friday and I’d have the weekend to get them sent out. Instead, they arrived Monday and I had to pay a babysitter to watch my 3 children so I could get them sent out. An extra $100 charge this company cost me on top of my $300+ Christmas cards. The chat service is slow and the representative didn’t even use proper capitalization or punctuation. Very unprofessional all around. I’m not impressed.

I should have read reviews before ordering from them.
I ordered Christmas cards from them and they were marked as delivered two days ago. We rarely have package theft and the delivery service guys here are regulars—so there’s usually no mistaking delivery. We live in a condo and emailed the whole building—no one’s seen them and I have a hard time believing anyone would steal our personalized Christmas postcards.
Customer service seems nonexistent—I was on hold for 2.5 hours without hope of anyone answering. I emailed and got an AI response. I tried chat—they ended it every time.
DONT ORDER FROM HERE: Artifact Uprising is 10000 better and in the USA.

Worse company ever for online photo cards. Miss promised delivery dates and the phone reps only tell you that it is in production. Takes forever to get through to a live agent and the info they provide is basically useless. Would try one of the other companies if the cards are important...otherwise, plan at least 60-90 days ahead of when you need the delivery

I ordered Christmas cards. They were supposed to arrive on 12/10. Its 12/16 (almost 17) and they have not arrived. Everyday they said they are out for delivery and never show up. I contacted Minted and they said they are just delayed and they would monitor it. They did not resolve it, They did not offer to ship new ones. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund 15% of my order as it was 2 days late. Hm... Yet my order is never coming. By time they arrive it will be too late to mail out. Minted is more expensive that most Christmas cards. VERY disappointed.

Have used Minted for years. Holiday cards arrived today. Cards looked great but there were no envelopes. I had ordered them addressed to recipients. Waited one hour in queue for customer service to be told it’s too late to get the envelopes. They said plain ones would take two days to process before shipping . Terrible customer service and left me in a jam. Won’t use again

I ordered wedding invitations. The site pushes you to place an order and pay for it and then make edits afterwards but each edit goes through a lengthy process during which you and the customer service representative cannot make any modifications. After the painful editing process, the order was shipped and I got excited.
I have been waiting for my shipment for 1 week now. It went back and forth across the country via FedEx with no updated location for multiple days. I spoke with Eric from customer service who assured me a new shipment would be sent out immediately, as this is timely. He also stated he would send a follow up email which I could reply to him directly. The new order and email never arrived.
I have spent hours on the phone and on chat trying to talk with a representative and am still on hold as we speak.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will definitely not be using Minted again. I will likely start my order over with a new company. They wasted 3 weeks of my precious time and have delayed the entire wedding planning.

I have been a loyal and happy Minted customer until this holiday order. The company is no longer what it used to be. Customer service is unhelpful, delays, delays, delays, with no reason. When will the production lab actually do their job? I would like my cards before Christmas. Is it even possible? So disappointed.

We have used Minted for many years, and for the first time, last year, we had a very poor customer service situation, but the actual quality of the cards has always been very positive. I decided to use minted again this year because the quality has been great for several years of holiday cards, save the dates, etc!
However, our holiday cards came today, and the quality of one of the photos (of course the most important one of our full family) is terrible! We look fuzzy, and it even looks like our eyes our closed, and they are not! We used a very high resolution photo, and the photos are very crystal clear on our proof that we approved! Minted was much higher priced than many other brands of holiday cards that we received this year, and all of them are much better quality!

I used to love Minted and used them for everything, especially because of their modern designs, quick shipping, and easy to use website.
This year I ordered Christmas cards and they came out horrible. The colors on the border are faded, the photo and borden is uneven, and there are multiple scratch marks across the cards. I cannot use them. And now we are 9 days from Christmas. I have been on hold with the customer service chat for HOURS in hopes of an overnight reprint and/or refund and to no avail. I'll be using Artifact Uprising next year.

There is a great selection on the MINTED site. Navigating through the options can be challenging. Customer service is awful. I waited 2 hours in queue on the phone and then they "closed" for the day. Today I connected with an agent in half an hour and then got disconnected in the middle of my call. Their virtual assistant was no better. It took me almost two hours to get an answer to a basic question.

I have been ordering from Minted for many years. This year I ordered about 140 holiday cards, they arrived on time. We chose a cute design with dark green ink and standard paper. When we folded the card, the white paper under the ink "broke" and it looked terrible. When I sent a photo to customer service, they reprinted the cards on higher quality paper (upgraded for free) and sent a new batch. No problem folding the cards this time. I was happy with that experience, though I think they should have warned people in advance that the dark designs need the highest quality paper.
Then I ordered a photo calendar with many personalized dates. There is an issue with the software such that when you save the design with all of your personalized occasions showing, you must re select all of your occasions before putting in the cart. While the calendar orders were in production, customer service checked the occasions for me and confirmed that they were all there. Happy with that.
Overall I would say that I used to love these cards. I am a little sad that the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. The key with Minted, if you like their designs, which I do, is that you have to order early otherwise it will be a frustrating experience. I ordered cards mid-November and it was all pretty easy to fix the problems. I ordered the calendars mid December and it was very difficult to get a hold of customer service. I hope Minted continues to offer the discounts early so the early birds can still capitalize on the best prices.

I have been a minted customer for several years but was very disappointed by their intentional cheating the last 2 years. Both years I paid extra for quick shipment. Last year the order came several days late, but no refund was given of the expedited shipping charge. This year, the cards came and envelopes have not shipped at all. Their message says that they will refund the expedited shipping charge only if their envelope production is delayed. I think they are cheating people as there is no way to redress this. I waited on the phone for 4 hours to get to a representative and couldn’t. They have lost my business for ever.

This will be the last time we use Minted for our Christmas cards. Two years in a row they have messed up our cards. Last year the package went missing. This year they sent us someone else's order. They are issuing a full refund, but what's the point if I still haven't received the cards that I ordered in early December and we're a week away from Christmas.
