Care and empathy off the charts

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved shepherd, Hannah. My wife and I have been blessed with so many wonderful dogs over the years and saying goodbye is always heart breaking- they're family!

Dr. Jung and all of her staff were so incredibly empathetic to the situation. They could not have provided better care for Hannah (or us).

As a business owner myself-since 1984- I have seen a steady erosion of GENUINE customer service. Meanwhile there has been an inverse correlation of ever increasing prices. My wife and I were not only floored by the level of service at the Minnetonka Animal Hospital, the reasonable cost of services was equally amazing! Thanks so much, Minnetonka Animal Hospital!
