I ordered couple of miners from them. In general i am happy with service. I will try to exlain in details below.
My manager Janney was very good. She always tried to answer my all questions and requests quickly.
Janey provided documents whenever and which i requested
Even when I needed some changes in documents right before they sent package, Janey did everything i needed.
Finaly I recieved my stuff, quick , clear and save.

I would put zero stars but can’t. I preordered 5 L7 miners in august of 2021 from this company and I was set to receive in December, orders were delayed by manufacturer and just this month (April 2022) those December orders are starting to be delivered. I was just told by the agent 1 week ago that they were having issues with my order due to the amount I paid per transaction of each order (over $5000 limit requires export documentation), the agent admitted to making a mistake by having me make payments of over that $5000 limit and stated that those documents that they were being asked for could not be provided and that the “broker” was holding the funds. The agent gave me 3 options. 1) apply for a partial refund of $100 and have the “broker” release the funds and order to them and they “promised” to ship the product to me (no guarantee that i would receive orders or my money back with this option) 2) request refund in full and place order again with them offline (without “broker”) 3) get a full refund and place order with another seller. I went with option 2 and was able to find someone else that had previously done some small deals (not a $79000 transaction like mine) with this same seller and was willing to middle man the deal by allowing me to pay him/his company via PayPal or credit card and he would place the order with them. I reached out to the seller to advise them that I was going to to have this person/company middle man the deal, the seller agreed, when it came down to placing the order they denied my original preorder price that I paid for almost a year ago and wanted to charge me almost $6000 more per miner ($30000 more for total order). I provided entire conversation, pictures and order details to prove that I preordered and paid for my miners and i also showed that I was instructed by their agent to request refund and order again offline (In order to cut out the middle man “broker”) and unfortunately after a little over a week of going back and forth with them they refuse to honor my preorder price/details that I was quoted and that I paid for. So almost a year later I don’t have my miners and have wasted countless hours with this horrific company. They ask for you to “trust” them, they make you feel bad for not blindly wiring them the money, they say that without trust we can’t do good business BUT THEY GO AND DO THIS. I just want them to admit that they messed up and realized that the price of the miners have gone up and rather sell it to someone else for more money. I never leave reviews whether good or bad but this time I have to because I hope that I one ever has to deal with something like this
Edit after the reply. I have proof that the agent specifically told me “option 2 is cancel, get a full refund and place the order again offline” (away from Alibaba). Don’t come one here and lie. I provided your company with the entire conversation with the sales agent and gave you all the proof you needed and your company chose not to do anything about it. Because of companies like this a lot of honest distributors don’t get an honest change. Furthermore I am sure not a single person would send any company $79000 without any type of guarantee, so the options you provided were not acceptable to anyone. Just be honest and admit that since the miners I ordered went up nearly $10,000 per unit, your Company didn’t care to honor my order that I paid for and requested refund per your agents directive and instead you decided to sell to someone else for more profit.
I can provide all the proof to anyone that would like to review it.
This company is not honest and my only goal is to make sure that no one else ever gets tricked by this company.
***Edit after 2nd response. You just provide my point. Does option 1 not say “ you can apply the full refund on alibaba and make the payment offline,after we receive the payment,we'll delivery the machine to you.” ?
This is exactly what I did. Asked for a refund and attempted to place the order again offline and I was told “the prices have gone up”.
I even provided the agent with other options that would maybe work for both sides, but the agent declined, but funny how you failed to post those messages. I’m the end you guys just got greedy and want to charge more money. It’s ok because your reputation will now be tarnished here, Reddit, and all over social media. Miami is an up and coming crypto city and I will make sure no one purchases from this company.
I can also post the entire conversation. We’ve been communicating for weeks, you only posted a few days of our conversation. Remember that the “issue” was caused by the sales agent Elven, she admitted to making a mistake that caused this entire issue and no one is talking any accountability. She also instructed be to get the refund.

First we are sorry for the delay of Antminer L7 by the manufacturer. With the new policy of Chinese government for asic mining, Alibaba.com imposed a ban on asic miner business for its platform. Asic miner customs clearance became illegal in China as well. We can no longer go on with the previous alibaba order then. We gave you sir options. We tried our best to persuade you to continue this order in another way. But unfortunately you chose to refund for your concern of money security regardless of our persuasion. we gave you a full refund as you demand and closed this order then. We resale these 5 pces L7 miner to another client after that. Now you regret and ask to buy again but the goods and the previous preorder price is gone. That is the whole story.
We were sorry for that situation. We tried our best to save this order. It's your choice my friend.

Another story is Mr Jimmy came back to us to buy again the following day realizing he had made a bad decision. But the situation is the goods and the previous preorder price is gone. We make him a new offer that displeased him yelling we are a horrific company refusing to honor his preorder price. For this part story after April 1st, we do not think it essential to post any of them. If Mr Jimmy do insist, we would happy to do it.

Genuine vendor offering great service
I can confirm that Miners-asic.com is a genuine and reliable company. Please don't listen to fake negative reviews. For the past 2 months, we have been doing business with them, and we received our Antminer L7 as promised. The pricing is very competitive compared to other vendors. We had an exceptional service offered by our Sales manager 'June', who has been doing regular follow-up and very professional and courteous. Shipping via UPS has been fast, in less than 5 business days. I can definitely vouch for them and will certainly continue doing business with them.

We have had a very nice and smooth experience with June. She has been helpful and trustworthy all along. We are waiting for our L7 and it’s being delivered today!! All the process from the first contant to the shipping has been hassle free and in the expected timeline. June has been very helpful and always revert back whenever we had questions or doubts. A trustworthy and genuine ASIC supplier!
I’m a customer from India and I have transacted with the company couple of times. All my orders so far have been delivered promptly. I’ve also placed future orders and will continue to do more business with miners-asic.com. Their response and support is excellent and specially June has been very supportive and provides regular updates on the order status. I also read through the negative feedback and they all look fake and have a similar pattern .. clearly someone is trying to defame the company. From my experience, a trust worthy company for crypto mining equipment.

Jacky has helped me purchase and receive all my miners very quickly! So far I’ve purchased 2xKD5, 2x KDBox, 2x S19jPro, 10x L3, 2x M30s, and 40x S9j. We also ordered 2x L3 but still waiting on shipment for those but everything is up and mining! Jacky helped us out with everything! Thanks and will be purchasing more in the future, only with Jacky!

Great Honest Seller!
I first found this company on Alibaba. They had reasonable rates and the seller representative, Elven Yi was extremely amicable. She gave me the best rates and I purchased 2x s19J pro 96th from her and multiple L3+ during the bull market of 2021. All goods were protected with alibabas buyer guarantee and all machines were delivered in a week or two. I was very happy with my purchase. Later I purchased a Canaan 1166pro and it arrived defective/damaged during shipping. Elven Yi helped me throughout the entire painful warranty process and I received the machine back in a 5 months. Which is long but that’s unfortunately how long Canaan took.
Later Alibaba followed the China ban on mining and unlisted most miners from their site. You can still buy miners on Alibaba but I switched to a more riskier direct wire transfer. I bought two s19J 96th during this time and a gold shell LT6 for a total amount of money of 34000$. All items were delivered within a week. The seller representative elven is my favorite person. She gives me extremely competitive rates during the normal market cycle. I have an uncle in shenzhen who went directly to the asic sellers in China. Elven Yi and her company absolutely destroyed my uncles prices/rates for the same machines. Finally I have another interaction with elven that completely gained my trust. I saw that elven went on vacation on her WeChat around December to a fancy place. She was so nice that she bought me a Christmas gift of a artifact excavating box that surprised the heck out of me. I’m a pretty lonely dude. The only Christmas gifts I receive are from family members. My best friend doesn’t even give me any Christmas gifts. Elven Yi was actually my first “friend” that has ever gifted me anything haha! What a selfless act 😭. Anyways you can trust this company. I’ll update this review or post again if anything happens. You can contact me at otakugung on Reddit if you need me. I’ve referred many people to buy from elven that have spent far more money than me and so far none of them had any issues. I had a guy nervously wire her 50000$ and they eventually got their purchases :). Also I noticed that there are some paid negative reviews on this site. But I hope that this review will be sufficient enough to garner your trust. Note I was asked to make this review due to the slander that has been made against their name.

I bought 240 machine l3++ they where all delevired also i face a problem with some machine l3+ i bought them i send them back to china and they replace them for me under warranty also a buy KDbox A1166pro and 2St box the deliver the to goargia.
