I visited the seller before the purchase. we consulted for several hours because I'm a layman. a few days we still wrote and called while I sent the order. I ordered s19pro. delivery was on time and without a problem. the machine personally demonstrated, trained. I am very satisfied. I thought about the pile for about half a year. other vendors did not have such access. I recommend. great experience.
I ordered used Z15, got it after 9 days. Support was helpful and really fast. No problem, everything was great.
I contacted them via contact form on their web. I got an answer within a couple of hours. They have a warehouse in my country (Slovakia) only 2 hrs from my house, so I asked to meet if it´s legit. To my surprise, we actually met 4 days later, the man was professional and very helpful with the choice of the right miner for my situation (I want to mine at home). After that I ordered Jasminer X4-1U, I chose personal pickup. The delivery was supposed to be 14-21 days, but I went there to take mine in just 8 days.
No problem, they are legit and trustworthy even though they are new in the business. I would definitely recommend.
