The work offered is amazing but please bear in mind your membership will automatically renew and you will NOT be provided a refund even if you reached out the day the membership was deducted.
This left a sour taste in my mouth as this work is all about consciousness. Make a note in your calendar to remind yourself of the renewal.
Extremely disappointed! Consciousness minus the awareness of financial changes to customers. Your team did contact me and offered me 100 when I paid almost 400. Yet again against the consumer protection act and you know this yet we as the consumer need to run around emailing the consumer protection back and forth to get no where. Still disappointed.

The experience with Mindvalley is second to none. The worldclass teachers I have had has opened up a brand new world for me, way beyond anything I could have thought.
I learned all the findamental of AI which included prompy engineering, image creation, vibe coding and so much more. The AI mastery course is practical, hands on and challenging which is a perfect combination.
I have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone. Mindvalley has opened a new world for me and am eternaly grareful to Vishen and his team.

After 8 years of loyalty I have decided to not renew my membership and leave mindvalley and never renew again. I have bought the Mastery bundle and had issues with access when the platform kept asking me to pay for the mastery again. I raised it with their team several times and it did not get resolved. I wanted to do the AI Mastery in 2025 and I could not access the course. Now having breached their contract of not providing the course I signed up for they are telling me that there is never a refund from the company irrespective of their failures and I can sign up on the next course. I do not have the time this year and their solution! Gift the course to someone else! This is how you boast about your $100 million company Mindvalley you should be ashamed! Very disappointed.

Good organization, easy to follow, good content, great educators, we learned suprisingly lot in 16 week.

Such a privilege to be taught the power of hypnotherapy by the world-renown expert, Paul McKenna, and his close colleagues, Steve Crabb and Tina Taylor. In a mix of video recordings, live calls, including labs where we get to practice on each other, 250 or so students from across the globe get to learn how to address and heal issues and conditions like anxiety, addictions, compulsions and phobias. What moved me the most was how this seasoned master has retained his enthusiasm, warmth and humor! It made the 16 weeks fly by! And now I am certified!
I am genuinely stunned at the piss poor customer service. I bought into life membership a month ago and cannot access the product. Am sent round the houses every day by AI. What i hoped would alleviate suffering has turned into a source of stress.

I purchased one of their programs, Everyday Bliss, as a lifetime access program. Due to the fact that it cost a ridiculous amount of money, I was ok with spending that because I could use it forever. Fast forward to now, where the company is trying to charge me annually to have access, and telling me that while they did offer lifetime subscriptions to "some programs", Everyday Bliss is now an annual subscription. UNBELIEVABLE. They are not willing to do anything to make this right. At all. I do not recommend this unless you have $400 a year to throw around.

A very good platform for personal growth and self awareness.
The programs are incredible and there is such a wide range of expertise that anyone can find something to cater to their needs.

I have completed the 11th cohort of the MindValley - Paul McKenna Certified Hypnotherapist course. I could eulogise all day about how excellent this 16 week course is, but let's cut to the chase, shall we? If you have ever wanted to become a certified hypnotherapist then this is the Rolls-Royce of courses. The difference that makes ALL the difference.
Two words: Take Action.
I thought Mindvalley was the best platform for all my self-help and spiritual needs. I paid the annual membership which cost me $240 including VAT. Not a cheap membership by any standards but I found-out much to my disappointment that meditation videos are not accessible unless I pay more for them. A lot of courses are additional costs. Most of what is included in the annual fee is simply basic stuff which you can see on YouTube or on other platforma for free. I regret having taken the leap to sign-on and did not check carefully what is on offer but will not continue with Mindvalley after my subscription expires unless I am pleasantly surprised by them over the year. I will pay for Premium status on YouTube or even pay for the Real Success VIP status which offers a lot more for less. I understand that Mindvalley is a business and needs money for it's costs but they could offer everything in the membership or inform the consumers what is omitted in the membership tbh. Also the 15 day money-back guarantee is highly insufficient. By the time I started looking at everything on offer it took me 3 weeks and it was too late to get a refund. Others offer at-least 1 month to decide. Check everything carefully before you sign-on, is my recommendation.

I joined AI Mastery 2025 skeptical. A friend recommended it, and of all the AI courses available, I took a chance on Mindvalley. It turned out to be exactly the right choice.
The program covered an exceptional breadth of AI topics — from prompt engineering to automation workflows to creative AI tools. The instructors were knowledgeable, well-prepared, and genuinely invested in student success. Vykintas, who created the program, set an extraordinarily high bar for instructional quality, and most instructors met it.
What surprised me most was the community. The student engagement was unlike anything I've experienced. Supportive, generous, zero negativity. I made genuine friendships that will continue beyond the program.
Ileana, who moderated every session, deserves special recognition. She stayed well past session end times repeatedly to ensure everyone got their questions answered. That kind of care reflects the culture Mindvalley has built.
This program fundamentally changed how I approach my work. For anyone considering investing in their AI education, I recommend it without hesitation.

They might have good content and education but at the end they are just money driven scumbags.
They are in the business of helping people out but it’s all about money at the end.
I originally signed up to access the MindValley AI course. Good course if you've never used AI ever & aren't sure how to approach it. However, once you sign up for a membership, you're pretty much fodder for every promo email thereafter. You can unsubscribe from these, but you'll several more before they finally stop. Live Summit events: These are marketed as "not recorded" but they actually are - after a while they show up again as part of the course library or are re-aired "in case you missed it." Courses themselves, overall, are pretty lightweight. More power to those who truly benefit from MindValley, but the ultra-persistent marketing tactics & low-key lies left a bad taste in my mouth such that I didn't feel confident in the content they produce. Finally, their support documentation is not well maintained at all, especially concerning membership cancellation. Their help article for cancelling might have been true at one time, but no longer reflects reality. Not only is the current cancel process not documented, but it's also completely non-intuitive to find. Seeking help from a live person meant going thru their AI chatbot, which then regurgitated the same obsolete help article instructions. I had to tell the chatbot I needed more help before it would put me in a queue for a live person. While I was waiting, I clicked around in my account & stumbled on the cancel process on my own. When a live agent finally got to me, I'd already cancelled my subscription. After I told the agent how unintuitive the cancel process was, she thanked me for the feedback but didn't ask any other questions about how they could improve. So, not only does MindValley lie about being a self-improvement company (they're actually a marketing company), but they're totally not interested in optimizing their processes or customer experience. Overall, supremely disappointed in this company & their content.

I signed up to this because:
1. I had really bad brain fog with menopause that was affecting my ability to work and I was desperate to get help
2. I WAS a huge fan of Paul McKenna since the early nineties and that was what sold me Mindvalley (I am no longer a fan as due to the unethical way I was treated by Mindvalley - how could I be a fan of anyone who endorses this morally wrong company).
I appreciate this programme has worked for some but let me explain.
I did not find this programme beneficial, I couldn't get into but that probably said more about where I was than it did about Mindvalley.
I signed up for it and paid for it and that was my choice, I did not feel I was due a refund because it was my choice. That's business.
What I didn't realise was that I signed up for automatic renewal. I didn't see the notification emails come through to let me know this (to be fair, a 7 day and a 30 day email did come through but again, due to where I was in my health, I didn't notice it).
When I did notice it on my credit card statement I was told I was outside the 15 day cancellation period. Now bearing in mind I had already paid for a year without any benefit to me.
Having explained why I couldn't afford this (I'm self employed and hadn't been working because of my medical condition I got the most frustrating response: We’re able to offer an extension of up to 6 months on your access. If this solution does not meet your needs, we completely understand. However, please note that a refund is not possible in this case. '
Can someone tell me how a 6 months extension was supposed to be the solution!
I appealed through a number of emails and explained my position and was very honest as to my reasons for needing a refund but I was completed ignore and instead offered 'complimentary extensions' for a product I wasn't even using.
So people, before you sign up, be very careful. Morally, this company has failed me. I suggest they rename their trading to Moneyvalley, because from my experience they don't give a toss about your mind!

I'd just like to share that the one-click cancel was great. I tried the content, found it wasn't for me, cancelled within the 15 days, and got a refund right away with no hassles.
If every subscription company worked this way, I'd be more willing to try out subscription services.
The Mindvalley App, and Mindvalley Entrepreneurship Mastery, has Accelerated my Growth daily into a Better Human.
I'm eternally Grateful to Vishen and his Team, plus their inspiring Authors and Teachers.

This is for Mindvalley States! Absolute swindle! Basically just a bunch of thieves! Ordered in November and never received anything! Their poor packaging meant it got sent back to them and they just kept it and my money! Even though they knew it was returned, didn’t bother to contact me, just kept my money! Mindvalley acting just like Trump! A bunch of thieving abusers! No compensation offered and their slopey shoulders, never their fault! There even asking me to return what they couldn’t send! I’ve used Mindvalley for years, but no more!
Obviously I have reached out to you, otherwise why would ai know you want a parcel back that I never received!,

WHY AM I GETTING AN A.I. REPLY ON MY PREVIOUS ONE-STAR REVIEW, ASKING ME TO RESPOND, WHEN THERE'S NO WAY TO RESPOND TO THAT ON TRUST PILOT??
Geez Louise.
What kind of a lame company Mindvalley is, to have A.I. replies that are all "fluff" with no meaning.

I find the lessons boring and did not intend to renew anymore. I was out of the country and had limited access to emails and noticed a renewal charge for another year!! It was almost Cad$500. I messaged them to consider refunding as i havent used their app for a while already but was told they cannot do anything to help me even i was asking for consideration. This is not the Mindvalley that I know before.
Folks out there be careful and watch out, Mindvalley is now turning like a scam!!!
