I made an order of Motherboard+CPU and my order got stuck because the motherboard got out of stock (but it was still in stock when i made the order)
Also i paid 19% VAT but the store refused to ship my order within EU because they said i needed a company Sales Tax ID.
I gave them the Sales Tax ID of the company i work for but still they were refusing to ship my order with a silly excuse ( the company is not in my name )
I never expected such a bad customer support from such a big tech store.

Great service! I ordered all my pc components from this website and can't complain. the support answers your questions fast and they are helpful. The only negative thing that bothered me was the shipping costs. You have to pay 8,99€ for a delivery if its not exceeding 150€ and you are shopping at night from 0-6 am. Other companies can do this better.
I have been purchasing PC hardware from Mindfactory for nearly 2 years now. I have never problem with their service, as they are very quick to process and dispatch my products. If something is not available they have always been prompt to contacted me.
Because of their great service, support and friendly team I will continue to be a loyal customer. Let us not forget of their great prices on parts too!

I got my order after 2 days. Only 2 bad points though:
1- shipping is a bit expensive (above 8 euros no matter how much you pay)
2- I got the price of one article raised suddenly by 3 euros when ordering and didn't have any explanation but still less expensive than other websites

After my recent review, I stumbled on their new RX 480 Red Dragon offer. While being in the shopping basket, I get a notice: "The price has gone up from 299 to 319€". That does a lot when ordering 4 units. Proof imgur com/a/gf7KO

Very good service, including an RMA due to an error by myself, and fast delivery.
Good selection and good prices.
Service and site are in german, so some times I need some google translation for success.
Website isn't the easiest to navigate with. Search is quite slow.
I've used them three times for full custom pc builds without problems.
Only shipping costs prevent me using them more.
For instance, I've bought the motherboard, cpu, gpu, rams and other smaller parts - all that fits in one parcel.. But buying display and pc case is no go, because each would be sent in additional parcel (doubling or tripling the shipping costs).
I have had luck (?) with my orders - no wrong items, nor need to use warranties with them.
I will buy from them again for sure.
Cheap prices, good quality and fast delivery. Though the website could quite use an update...

Order to Denmark, everything went fast and smooth.
I had to transfer money by bank account, but as soon as they arrived, my order was shipped, and I had it within 1-2 days.

I had a mostly great experience with Mindfactory with the fairly substantial order I placed with them. The products arrived well packaged and I have been very happy with every item I received. They were also extremely accommodating to requests I had to change items in the order, right up until the morning before the order left their warehouse. However, I cancelled an item before the order was dispatched and was informed I would receive a refund after a few days. It was over three weeks until the refund got to my bank account.

Excellent prices, good selection and a pretty good filtering system that helps you find what you want. Financing through Santander may prove useful although in the end it was too bureaucractic for such small amounts.
Returns policy is not acceptable, with an 'up to €80' charge. Rather pay more somewhere else in the knowledge you can send it back for the price of the postage.

One of the best companies I've ordered equipment from. The prices are some of the lowest in Europe and definitely lower than anything sold in Bulgaria. The shipment is fast, the reviews and the count of the sold products is very useful to find the popular components.

I just bought products from them and am extremely satisfied. Deliveries in its time. The messages sent by me extremely fast and in a businesslike manner were answered. There is no complaining.
I ordered at 28/06 a gtx 1080 Zotac amp! Extreme edition and hours after my purchase they changed the shipping date from 30/06 to 15/07.
I e-mailed the company but they didnt respond back only after i rate them here at trustpilot and they told me that my order will be ready to ship at 15/07.
And today guess what? The shipping date gone from 15/07 to 29/07 without any notification from the company about the delay and the reason for, with that attitude and unsatisfied customers no company can grow their customer list.
The conclusion is all yours

I recently ordered a full performance gaming PC from Mindfactory, and it was my first time ordering with them. I ordered roughly 2400 euros worth of equipment from them, all parts for a PC, the case and the monitor. The ordering process was a bit non-standard due to direct transfer through iBan based on invoicing, however I actually liked this part of the process!
Multiple times through the order I had to correct errors I had made on the order (wrong cpu and forgot to include a power supply in the original order). Each time I had corrections, they quickly responded, updated invoices, helped resolve payment differences due to increased order amounts, and everything was done quickly and kindly and they even translated into English during the email conversations.
I have to say that the whole experience was really fantastic and I can't be happier with everything I received. UPS service was effectively next day from Germany to the Netherlands, and the packaging was very safe and secure.
I really can't say enough good things about Mindfactory! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy parts for high end performance gaming PC's.

Ich muss sagen, dass die ganze Erfahrung war wirklich fantastisch und ich kann nicht mit allem, was glücklicher sein, die ich erhielt. UPS Service war effektiv am nächsten Tag aus Deutschland in die Niederlande und die Verpackung war sehr sicher und sicher.
Ich kann wirklich nicht sagen, genug gute Dinge über Mindfactory! Ich würde diese Firma jedem empfehlen, der Teile für High-End-Performance-Gaming-PC zu kaufen.

I had originally left a glowing review for Mindfactory, but after my latest experience with them, I feel I should make you aware of their other side.
I was ready to go with a purchase of a monitor (€272) and a DP to HDMI adapter (€10) and to my surprise, the website was charging me two delivery charges, both at €30 each for each item. So €30 for shipping the monitor, kind of understandable, but not for a small adapter that's worth only €10. So thinking it's just an automated issue, I was sure they would agree with me. But I suppose you can't give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I'll leave the email thread here and let you decide for yourself.... Enjoy and happy shopping!

However, the website is insisting on charging me €60 for delivery. If I remove the Displayport/HDMI adapter, the shipping reduces to €30, which is what I expected. I feel it's unfair to pay x3 times in shipping for something that's priced at €10. Also, the Displayport/HDMI is rather small in comparison to the monitor.
Can the shipping be changed to €30 for both items?

We do not charge 30 Euro for a 10 Euro product.
We charge 30 Euro for a shippment into a foreign country for each packet we have to send.
We can not put both articles in one Package. It is simply not possible.
I regret, that I can't tell you anything else, but there is nothing shocking about that to me.
Please feel free to post the truth online, there is nothing wrong about it.

Actually, I said I was shocked at your unhelpful response, and you have just proved that again a hundred times over. You even go so far as to contradict yourself. "We don't charge €30.... We change €30". I know for a fact that it would not cost €30 to ship a small adapter to another EU country.
Oh well, try and have a nice weekend. You're clearly having a bad day, which is a shame since it's only 10:22 in the morning.
I'll shop elsewhere.

To further clarify Mindfactory's response, since I can't reply to it directly, I never said that I found the 2x €30 shipping to be "great value" with my one and only order. In proportion to the cost of my order, which was €1230, the shipping charge amounted to 5% of my order. In contrast, Mindfactory are now asking me to pay a delivery charge that is 300% the cost of a small adapter.
And no, I did not know I would be charged two delivery's prior to ordering. When the website calculated two delivery charges, I was genuinly surprised. So I decided I would contact Mindfactory to find a better resolution. I foolishly thought Mindfactory would have the courtesy and good-manners to deal with their customers in a professional manner. How wrong was I!! They have labelled my reasoning as "incomprehensible", while admitting that the shipping charge is "not a good deal".
Mindfactory pose this question, "Of course it's not a great deal if you order one part for 10€, but what does that have to do with the possibilities?". Let me hand-hold Mindfactory as I guide them through a world they're obviously not familiar with. Good/fair/respectful customer service.
Here is just one solution...
1. Customer inquires about shipping rate being too high.
2. Mindfactory should reply back stating that they absolutely agree that €30 shipping is an outrageous price to pay for a €10 item. Mindfactory should of course organise a better rate with their courier, or even propose to send the item by post, or best yet, find a way to package the small item with the computer monitor for free. You know, cause that's what helpful retailers do. They look for solutions.
3. Customer is happy that Mindfactory offered to resolve the issue in a helpful and courteous way. Everyone is happy and Mindfactory retains a happy customer.
So there you have it. That was the other possibility Mindfactory could have chosen. That really isn't rocket science. That is in fact the basics of all trade. If Mindfactory can't see that, and is more than happy to see negative reviews and loss of customers, then what can I say but good riddance. Now that's incomprehensible!
