Order #1787598092 Brillaint Bookends
Order #1787598092
I purchsed the bookends for friends Golden Wedding ANniversary. They were delighted with the unique , well made gift. Personalised with their names added a subtle touch.
I was delighted with the quality and how well wrapped the parcel was.
Absolutely shambolic “art” and even…
Absolutely shambolic “art” and even worse customer service. It took me approx 2 months to get my refund and I’m still waiting for a refund for custom charges because this cheap tat is made in China. I’ve seen some articles about the owner who apparently was earning £40k a month in Aug with this business.
I wanted to support small and independent businesses, especially during a pandemic. I’m a very patient person but the atrocious service and the lies I have received from this woman has been awful. Where’s my money?!!?!
Would be interesting to hear if anyone has had contact from her recently as funnily enough she’s gone quiet on me. Fuming.
Scam site. Do not use
I ordered 1 large piece and 2 smaller 'glass wall art'. Which came to a total of $330 before delivery. Delivery took very long. About 3 months. When it finally arrived I felt like I had been scammed. The 3 pieces looked like something that I could of got in a pound shop. The 3 pieces combined should of only been worth about $20. What I reckon this scam site is doing is taking orders from us fools and then ordering the pieces herself on wish.com or something. Absolute garbage. Why didn't I look at these reviews first. Do Not use
this company is god awful
this company is god awful, the quality of the art that you buy is not worth it at all. I bought a three picture set that was shown on the website with frames included and when it showed up like 6 months later, it didn’t even come with the frame and the paper that the print is on is such bad quality! I paid 70$+ and it’s so bad do not buy from here!!
this place is a scam
this place is a scam. My order took over 3 months to arrive and the prints are super cheap looking, there was residual of paint all over the pictures, and I paid over $100 dollars. DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE
I ordered something on 03.04.2020 and I still have not received it 3 months later. I paid almost £200 for some glass wall art. I have emailed them multiple times only to be ignored. I have looked for their website and it states they have closed down. Do not use!!
I am waiting for my order since 3 month…
I am waiting for my order since 3 month now. During Corona I was very patient with the order, but now when I am texting the customer support, nobody is answering me! And I can't get my 40EUR back!!!
Fraudulent site
Fraudulent site! I made an order in May and still haven’t received it and now they say the company has closed down I until further notice! $58 down the drain! They also deleted my comments when I tried to contact them on IG. Crooks!
