Never received anything at all and still trying to get a refund. Now there domain is gone! Total scam!!! 😡😡😡

Don't buy from this company, placed order 14)11/25 still not received after several emails to company all they say it is transit.on checking tracker number is still says in USA where it's been since day one
Will be taking advice regarding this as absolutely disgusting service.will be going to trading standards

Scam company says they delivered from USA but never received and just ignores requests for refund. Do not use as total liars and how they get away with this illegal racket is beyond me….avoid at all costs.

Seems to be a scam company that buys cheap crap & makes out its good quality. I also purchased a so called Unbreakable dog teddy, with in 5 mins it was ripped apart by my french bulldog…the item took 3 months to arrive and when I contacted them about the issues the offered me a £2 refund which is a piss take as I payed £23. Avoid at all costs.

Scam company. DO NOT BUY. Ordered an unbreakable dog toy from Facebook. Tracking information showed it going through the various stages of a fake delivery. It never arrived. When I challenged they asked me to check with the post office, but the tracking number is not a post office tracking number. They asked me to check in bushes!! They couldn't prove delivery and refuse to give a refund. Have reported to NCSC.

Scam company, total amount came to £33 including shipping when came to pay they took £43, no way to contact them apart from email where there is no response, I need to learn my lesson and read reviews first.

Scam company purchased a Unbreakable dog teddy toy . Not true 5 minutes my dog had it when he chewed an ear off the toy . It was not cheep and had to pay by PayPal. Was advertised on f/b

Awful company! I had a delivery of 3 items all the same as ordered, one was faulty and other two poor quality!
I asked to return and get a full refund (as stated in their return/refund policy online) but was offered £2, then £4, then £6 refund for the faulty item but nothing for return of the other two items. Total order amount was £22 which they took over £26!! They refunded that difference. But no help at all in 20 emails to return my other items. They have refused to share a managers email or put me on to anyone senior!
And now ignoring my emails all together!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING.

Total scam. Purchased an item for ~£20 with p&p, tracked to the U.K. then never arrived. They claimed I hadn’t input my address correctly (I had), so the item was returned from my local PO. On trying to get a refund noticed they’d charged me an extra £5 for delivery. They offered to refund me minus the cost of the item and postage (so nothing!) as the item wouldn’t be returned to them, or they could send the item again but I had to pay for more postage. I’ve opened a PayPal dispute to which they offered to refund the extra p&p that they should never have charged but are still adamantly refusing to refund me. I get the same copy and paste reply from them every time I email them. This is obviously not the first time they’ve pulled this trick.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Nothing wrong with delivery and contact, though a little slow, however the product (an egg-sheller) was hopeless - a complete waste of money

Total scam! Pretend to send goods, reference number track17. Say they've delivered to safe place then four days later that I refused delivery. After me proving (camera)they didn't deliver they offered refund less postage £4.85! Imagine the profit x 1000s of customers..
