Amazing customer services!
Me and my children came into the store looking for a rain coat for my Autistic son who has sensory issues with clothing and two staff members Lewis and Phil were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond helping us with finding the perfect coat for him, going at his pace and listening to what he does and doesn’t like with the feel of coat! They didn’t rush us and spent their time and made him and me feel so comfortable!
We had been to several different stores before this and we never received this care.
From one stressed out mum thank you so much for your support, it really made a massive difference. I highly suggest visiting this store!

new walking shoes .
I was after new walking shoes and my local Millets did not have my size. So in a sale which made my mined up. Also I had a pair before. Buying on line I added a pair of shorts and a TShirt so no delivery cost. So all good. Delivery was easy to follow. All good.

Items arrived well packed and as described but update on delivery slow and no update at all until just before it was actually delivered. The delivery is the only reason I marked it down to 4 stars

I love this store in East Grinstead
I love this store in East Grinstead. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been using this store for many years which saw my daughter through her Duke of Edinburgh scheme. We often buy birthday gift and Christmas gifts there. The last purchase we made was for two fold up deck chairs for ourselves. I cannot believe that this store is closing the store in Haywards Heath also closed and now there is no local Millets for us. Really, really sad about this. What a shame.

Still waiting patiently for my order to arrive via an EVRI courier. Sent them email requesting an update. Reply said your parcel seems to have been mislaid. We will instigate a thorough search and this could take 48 hours.
I will be back in touch in 2 days.
Phoned millets, only 15 minutes delay this time. Agent said she doesn’t know where my order has gone and offered to give me a refund. I asked if she could arrange for a replacement pair of boots to be sent out but she said “ we don’t offer replacements, only refunds “
It’s my guess that someone at the EVRI depot is now wearing my boots. What a fiasco, and what a way to discourage customers.
