The store is closing down but that doesn’t stop the staff delivering exception customer service. Tracy was amazing at finding walking boots, socks and waterproof trousers quickly for my son who starts D of E shortly. She was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you

It is always a nice shopping experience to visit the Woking branch of Millets.

Sarah at Millets was so wonderful with helping us shop for my daughter's DofE kit list. She went through the list, and helped us choose the best options. She found the perfect hiking shoes! Honestly such amazing customer service. We would 100% recommend going to Millets and getting great gear for any outdoor activities.

I have always been really impressed and pleased with the service I have received at the Woking branch. However when I popped in today for a browse I was disappointed to hear how the Manager (on probation, as he stated this several times) was speaking to a member of staff on the shop floor.
This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not an experience one likes to encounter. I felt for the regular staff who had always been a pleasure to deal with and such a shame that the store is closing down.

The shop was busy when I went in but Jo helped me as soon as she could to get some walking boots. There were limited sizes due to the sale and the shop closing down soon, sadly. She brought what she could then Sarah took over and was very helpful. She assured me of the return process if I needed to and was friendly

I was served by Hannah, who made returning an internet purchase easy. I have used the Woking Branch of Milletts several times and have always found the staff pleasant and helpful.

Really pleased with the shopping experience on Tuesday. I phoned earlier in the day & items were put to one side for me to make collecting easier.
When I arrived, Sarah was extremely helpful & considerate. It made for a wonderful visit. Thank you.

Very impressive service from Ali today helping to select my Son’s first walking boots. His knowledge and experience shone through and we will be returning when my son no doubt grows out of these.

A big thumbs up to Liam, who I believe was over from the Farnborough store for the day, as well as his lady colleague who supported him finding 3 camping chairs for me despite them not being on display. Liam was everything that seems to be lacking these days with regards customer service - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and a pleasure to meet. Woking store always seems to have good people working there and it's a pleasure to go in. Thank you.
