Fantastic customer service and very happy shopping with Scouts discount also very good value. We went for a spork and left with boots, socks and a metal cutlery set! We were served by Phil and my daughter had her feet measured and advice on the best boots for her with best value quality hiking socks. I'm coming back for a Father's day present.

Was served by Harry who was very helpful in guiding me to purchase the right size of hiking boots using the in-store measuring guide.

Excellent service from Phil while I was looking for new Berghaus gore-tex jacket. Tried a few on but sadly unable to find the one I liked in my size. Arranged to buy the same at a London store which Phil and his colleague had checked out. Still left with a flask, new penknife and waterproof jacket washing agent.

We went in to Millets in Hastings yesterday for some items for my daughters D of E. We needed a rucksack and drinks bottles. Phil and Lucy were absolutely brilliant. I am the same size as my daughter so they showed me how to put the rucksack on and tighten all the various bits. Great with advice and super helpful! I would definitely go back!

I wanted to buy Nikwax which is expensive. The salesman advised me of the 'Spend and get'scheme which reduced the total price of the Nikwax.

Website stated it was in stock for click & collect. Went into shop told me it never was in stock and had to be ordered in, had to wait three days for some fishing bait that I needed urgently to come to my local store

What fantastic service and knowledge! As we are new to walking and trekking, we went to Millets for a look at walking boots. What we came out with was a lot more knowledge, understanding, and a great pair of walking shoes and socks....who knew the importance of the right socks! The assistant Phil was wonderful, he took his time, asked us the questions he needed to make his recommendation. I cannot recommend Phil enough for anyone who is purchasing shoes or boots. He is an expert in his field and we will no longer be visiting any other shops...there is no need!

Took my daughter into Millets in Hastings after school to get her kitted out with boots for her DofE, and we genuinely had no idea where to start.

Phil stepped in and made the whole process easy. He carefully measured her feet (and double checked to be sure), talked us through the different options, and gave her some really useful advice on how to lace and wear the boots properly – which will make a big difference once she’s out walking.

Great service, friendly approach, and you can tell he knows his stuff.

I was looking for a good but not too expensive pair of walking boots & asked Ethan for some help. He was knowledgeable about the products & honest with his recommendations. I found the perfect pair for my trip up Ben Nevis & also got a very comfortable pair of hiking trousers. Ethan was brilliant from start to finish & I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

We visited as I was looking for some new dog walking boots.
Harry was super informative and knew which makes / materials suited my needs best, and, despite being very particular with shoes, I found my perfect boots on first try!

I needed some walking boots, so visited your store in Hastings. After looking at the selection for a while, Harry came over and asked if I needed any assistance. I said I did, and he gave good impartial advice and helped me choose the the pair I bought. Which are great!
