Natalie was really helpful, great customer service.

I have been going to millets in Bracknell for years and always received quality and informative service from Natalie and her team.
Today i purchased another tent with great personality advice and reassurances from Natalie
I will be back for more items soon, don’t close until then xx

Excellent customer service from Natalie. Found exactly what I needed easily. Sad to hear the store is closing and wish the staff luck in the future.

I was speaking to Natalie today and she showed me how to fold my rain jacket. She is such a lovely lady, and honestly what she showed me feels like something that should be patented!

I also wanted to say that I truly believe she should be part of the design team and not just working in-store. Her practical knowledge, creativity, and way of explaining things really stood out.

Just thought this feedback deserved to be shared.

Having popped into Bracknell store, it was very sad to hear that the company have taken the decision to close this store. Dispite the likelihood that Jack will soon be looking for alternative employment, he was nothing but professional. Assisting me in finding the right pair of walking shoes. Good luck Jack and keep up the good customer service.

Natalie and Sharon were very helpful, shame the store will be closing as always great service!

Natalie, was amazing - I had a last minute panic to get my son some boots on the day of his Duke of Edinburgh. I turned up first thing where Natalie quickly recommended which boots to buy and served me quickly. I am sorry to hear the shop is closing and wish Natalie all the best. Thanks James

I wandered into Millets looking for walking boots. Even though the store was closing down, Sharon was very helpful telling me exactly what was left in stock and what wasn't and explaining the waterproof system! Thank you

Went into Millets, Bracknell today and the 2 assistants Sharon and Natalie (I think) could not of been more helpful. Both were chatty and engaging and nothing was too much trouble. Sorry to see the posters up say the store is closing

Found exactly what I needed very quickly with the help of the staff. Sharon was super friendly and very helpful, and the price was also very good.

I went in to get some camping equipment (as a non-natural camper I was less than enthused!) but Natalie, who served me, was so lovely and gave me some really wonderful tips and ideas to make out family camping trip special! Not only did I get what I needed at an amazing price, but thanks to Natalie I'm now looking forward to the trip! Thank you x

I called to check what I wanted was in stock .. George, who answered the phone, not only went to check, but agreed to put what I wanted aside for an hour, until I got there! When I got there, both staff were friendly, helpful and supportive! I will be sad to see the branch close at the end of the year and wish the staff all the best in their search for alternative employment!

Assistant, Natalie, was very helpful and gave good advice regarding my purchase of some Merrell Moab 3 walking shoes. It is a shame that the Bracknell store will close this September; a great loss to the community.
