We were looking for a lighter weight…
We were looking for a lighter weight coat that would also keep one warm AND had an inside pocket AND be durable . After looking at several stores we came back to Millets for the jacket that fit the bill . The staff had helped with a look at coats and were nearby if we needed more help. Stephen and his colleagues were polite and helpful throughout.

Praise for Millets Bracknell Store!
Trying to find availability of an item in store that I’d seen online, I first spoke to Stephen on the phone, who went off and found the item I had described and said it could be held for me until the next day. The same day. I was able to go into the store and try on the item that had been held for me. Sadly, it was not as expected and so the hard work for both Stephen and Sharon began!
After trying on numerous coats, the coat I settled on was not in stock in my size!
The patience, helpfulness and efficiency of both Sharon and Stephen was so appreciated though and I felt compelled to write and thank them for their great customer service. Thank you both!!
