Great price for city parking, convenient to downtown hotels for half the price of hotel parking. Easy in and out.

Well we did not get advice on were…
First tryed to book with coupon your Site provided and would not accept.We then got there and did not get good advice on were there was an elevator as we had a wheelchair. Seen sign stating they were out of order after we had to back track to find way out which was a ramp b walkway. Went the same way back with ramp and the door was lockedat 7pm yet event wasnt over till 8pm or so. We had to wait for someone going out to get in. Not at all handicap friendly in my book.

Where's the EXIT?
Only complaint is the lack of EXIT signs in this huge garage which makes it very difficult to navigate when leaving. Otherwise a seamless experience with the license plate reader that automatically opens the gates once your license is registered. Perfect access to the Art Institute across the street. Please put in EXIT directional signs!

Was easy to purchase the ticket, find the garage and an even easier in and out. Ticket gate read the plate and automatically opened for an easy and hands free in/out transaction.

Great location
I like the fact that the garage is easy to find. They have plenty of big, clear directional signs and I appreciate that! The close proximity to so many attractions, shopping and restaurants is great. I really do wish they had restrooms. That would really make it perfect.

Extremely easy to utilize
Extremely easy to locate the garage (entrances on both sides of the road). Once inside, gate opened since I had included my license plate. Was extremely easy to figure out where to go and to return after the show. Very easy to park and very close to different spots near Millennium Park. Recently parked in the theatre district and regretted not using this garage again.
