Zero customer service

Millar GB (millargb.com) sell some very aesthetically pleasing ovens & hobs, they are beautiful. Be aware though, if anything goes wrong outside the warranty period (12 months for ovens, up to 5 years for hobs) you're on your own.
A fault developed with our oven (model EO5909TDWG) after less than 4 years and Millar's response was to diagnose (by phone only) a failed printed circuit board which they'd sell me for £60 but they refused to offer any assistance with dismantling the oven then replacing the PCB. Fine, I guess, if you're an electrical engineers. And no tradesman is going to run the risk of making things worse on an unknown product.

High quality hobs

I bought 4-burner gas hob and recieved it next day. Quick delivery, the product is high quality and elegant. Cannot see any negatives.

CHEAP FOR A REASON...

I really want to like this product as it looks so good and it appears to be good value but it is cheap for a reason. I paid way under list price for mine and thought I had a bargain but it arrived badly damaged although, suspiciously, the packaging didn't have a mark on it. The guarantee turns out to be worthless. Consumer rights? Millar Intl refuse to recognise their legal obligations as a supplier and will not accept arbitration so I am left with no other course of action but to sue. So, beware - if you need to exercise your rights as a consumer Millar Intl will be your enemy. Any problem with the product will ALWAYS be someone elses responsibility not Millar Intls - even where the law is quite clear it is the responsibility of the supplier. Millar Intl will simply refuse to face up to their responsibilities.

I fully expect if MIllar bother to reply to my experiences with them it will consist of putting the "blame" on someone else when the way they behave is actually indefensible.

It is a great shame Millar Intl don't shape up as a responsible company as I know the manufacturers and they have a great reputation for value for money.

I bought this hob 2015!!!!5 years on and had no complain!!!its the best design 1 wok , 1 large,1 medium,1 small burner(best design,no other big brand had this )for the price i paid £155!!!!!i would give more than 5 star if possible. (i wanted to give myself a time b 4 i review this purchase )

2015 Skoda Octavia

I purchased a 2015 Skoda Octavia from Millar Cars and from the very first message to them I had confidence in the company, after a few telephone calls we had made what I can only call, an exceptional deal, the car looked and ran like new, even after delivery he rang to make sure all was ok, my first time to buy a car from the North of Ireland but it won't be my last. The delivery driver was also a pure gentleman..

Appalling customer service

After 6 months of careful usage a plastic bracket securing the inner door of our Millar oven disintegrated.
When contacted Millar, accused us of breaking the bracket through misuse and forcibly removing the door. These are blatant lies.
After experiencing Millar's appalling customer "service" I can only recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Customer sent us a photo of plastic bracket broken in half. Claim was rejected as such damage is caused by misuse. However customer got a part from us free of charge.
