I had mixed feelings about my experience with Milkmymobile. Initially, I was hesitant due to some negative reviews, but everything went smoothly for me. My device was received, inspected, and I got paid reasonably quickly, though some delays were noted in communication and payment for others. While I received great service and a fair price, the inconsistency in feedback suggests some room for improvement. Overall, it's a decent choice, but keep an eye on updates if you decide to use their service.

It is 5 months since I sent my mobile. No reply, payment etc. They don't answer emails, messages, phone calls.

I use the service to send small files from mt desktop PC to my phone. It always works. What more needs to be said!

I must admit I was really nervous about sending my iPad after reading some very bad reviews. My personal experience of this company is excellent... I had all my update emails like the website said I would and the day my phone was received it was inspected and payment was in my bank that evening. It only took 6days from the day I posted it to the day I got my money so please don’t be put off by bad reviews.

Really quick and simple service

Don’t use them. Estimated price for my fully functioning 5S was £75. When I sent it in to them they said there were large defects to the case (there weren’t, there were tiny marks on the back) and dropped my quote to £19 or pay them £10 to get my phone back.

Complete scam

Got a quote for my iPhone and decided to send my phone to Milkmymobile. Not only I ended up chasing them, they then offered to pay £20 less off the original quote or had my phone sent back to me with a return fee of £30!!!
Honestly, if you can avoid them - do so! Definitely won’t be using them again.

Simple order - got my confirmation that it as processed the same day they received my package. Money was in my account the following morning. kids got a little extra treat on our day out :)

Do not use this company they are a con.
Terrible experience, stick with the well known companies to sell your phone.

I am not sure if this is a reputable company or just a front for a very clever scam?

I sent my iPhone 6 (128) to them several weeks ago by recorded delivery. I had only just had the mobile checked over by Apple, who had advised me that the phone was in perfect working order apart from the fact that the screen was not working. The casing was immaculate and everything else was immaculate. However, I decided to recycle my phone and by a new one.

Milk My Mobile offered the best on-line price of £130 for a slightly damaged phone.

I did not hear back from them for some time and so I sent a chase up email asking them what was happening? They responded by saying that the phone would not power up and as such they would only offer £26

I felt totally insulted and cheated as I had taken the time to have the phone tested by Apple beforehand. I sent an email back explaining that I knew that the phone works and that it is just the screen that is not working. They did not respond. I waited and waited and still heard nothing. So out of pure desperation, I requested for the phone to be sent back to me.

I have still heard nothing and they still have my phone.

Please be very careful if you choose to use this company. I think that they are highly unethical and are looking to catch people out. They are abusing peoples trust in their service offering. Once they have your phone, you are in their hands. I feel as though they have stolen something from me.

So far its very bad.
I sent my mobile on the 6th of September. I haven't received any payments nor any sort of confirmation so far. It's like I sent it to a random address for strangers.
I sent many e-mails, messages.They called me back once, after one of my e-mails and were asking for my order-number which I didn't have with me that time, so they couldn't help. I returned the call 30 minutes later when I've got my order number, but no answer. No any news since then.
Needless to say, I will re-write this review once it's settled the way as it should, but for right now I only thing I can say is: do not send your mobile there. It is a scam.

Dream price of £270 for my iphone 6s - absolutely stoked and these guys did not stuff around with paying me (had some issues with Envirofone last time).

The husbands phone will be shortly on its way to these guys also

Seemed a little unsure with the mixed reviews but I couldn’t pass up the top price on offer.
Very happy that I used Milkmymobile - the payment was in my account 3 days after posting the item.

Conduct of this website has been absolutely shocking! Posted them my device and heard nothing more from them, not even acknowledgement of them receiving it. Attempted to follow up with them when 4 weeks later they made a BACS payment of almost 1/3 of the initial valuation with no contact or discussion.

I have made numerous attempts to contact them using various methods to resolve my issue but I have been blatantly ignored in every one of these attempts.

Unprofessional at every turn and my issue is still unresolved

Sent them my Mobile stating it was faulty as the microphone wasn’t working. Other than that it was good. They told me it wouldn’t power on which I knew for a fact it did. Over a week later and I’m STILL waiting for my phone to be returned to me and getting no reply to my numerous emails sent to them! Avoid at all costs. I am now in the process of contacting trading standards and taking legal advice

The recieved my phone almost a month ago! After offering me £100 under my asking price even though stating the things wrong with the phone before I sent they then offered me £60 for my iPhone 6s which I felt I have to accept because it had taken to long! They accepted my offer a week ago and I have still not recieved my payment! Order number 12838
