Beautiful quality, easy interface to design. Really happy with the photo book quality.

I was highly impressed by the quality of my wedding album. I highly recommend this company not only for their quality work but also their customer service. I called them a few times and they were so patient and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me navigate through the process. I would gladly purchase another album!

Very easy to design the layout and upload your own imagery to the book. The templates and ease of use were great, plus customer support was excellent. My siblings and I gave this book to my dad for Father's Day and he said it was the best gift he'd ever received. Thank you!

The quality of the book is unmatched, absolutely beautiful! The software was honestly very good but could be improved a little

- ability to preview a photo in the library in full screen without adding it
- ability to sort by capture date in the exif vs file creation date. I had to rename all my files manually to include the exif date before importing to work around the issue
- support for multi-select in free form layout edit

Shipping fees for Canada were too high and unexpected at the end of the process. An additional 40$ is too much. It’s the only thing that makes me hesitate to make a repurchase.

Website is easy to use. Quality is also very good. However, price is expensive.

Such a beautiful book and perfect keepsake from our wedding

I created two large premium wedding albums and two smaller photo books - to give to our parents. Both of the large albums contained photos from different photographers and were taken in different countries. With the smaller books having a mix of the two weddings.

My first wedding album, which was a portrait layout was a little more straightforward to put together. However, the second album was much more challenging. I chose a landscape layout to make the most of the scenery but the editor seemed to flag the DPI on almost every image. As a result, I spent a huge amount of time checking, resizing and deciding whether the warnings would actually affect the final print quality. It’s also difficult to judge how the images will look once they’re printed in the finished album. Pictures from our phones didn’t flag any issues!

I definitely underestimated how much time goes into creating these albums. It’s almost like having a second full time job alongside your actual one! 😅 when I say it took hours, I mean hours/days/weeks !!

I wanted until I had all 4 albums ready to print & post together but in hindsight having the first large album on its own would be helped me somewhat complete and gage the second album. As I came to a point where I didn’t even care anymore, I just wanted the 80 pages filled up 🙈

Since receiving the albums of course I would have liked to have done some things differently but overall these are great and great quality.
And a forever keepsake that you’re pored your own heart and soul into.
The staff are also lovely to deal with too.

I would recommend to others but just be prepared for the time you need to invest in these projects 🤍

Our photo book came out absolutely beautiful! The quality is unmatched and we’re going to cherish the memory of our trip through this book, hopefully through generations. The team was also amazing at making sure that our photos looked right in the printing process, reaching to us when there was an issue and resolving quickly. Highly recommend!

Booklet and presentation was excellent, but I did find that crafting the photograph layouts was not intuitive, a bit clunky and changing one photo might have a knock on impact on subsequent pages.
I’m not very computer savvy so it may just be my incompetence!
