Fresh milk every other day. Always delivered before breakfast. Glass bottles returned for re use (although occasionally some are beyond reuse scratched by crates). I love my milk.

Milk often goes sour
Milk often goes sour. It’s delivered at around 1am at room temperature and goes off pretty quickly compared with store bought milk. We often have to throw some of the milk away after 2-3 days even if we get it in the fridge straight away. Suspect the vans aren’t refrigerated and the delivery routes are long.

Double order delivered, not ordered
Graham, my milkman is excellent and any errors are nothing to do with him. For the past two weeks I have received double my order. Phone calls to milk and more make no difference. They say there is a glitch in the system and I was told today that I had actually doubled my order. I had my screen in front of me which proved that to be rubbish. Whether I am charged or not is not the point. I simply don't have room.

My milk is delivered 3 times a week in the early hours of the morning by a very quiet person whom I have never met! Although my bedroom is next to the porch, my order is placed in the cool bag provided as requested, the empty bottles collected, silently.
I am also able to add items to my delivery up to the evening before it is due which I find very helpful.

Awful Milk
Milk with the same date delivered 3x per week. I've concerns about storage and cleaning of bottles as the quality is awful and i have to tip Milk away about half the time. I'm cancelling my reoccurring order!

As discussed during our phone call, we have processed a refund for the milk delivered over the last three deliveries.
We have also escalated your concerns to the depot team so that the appropriate steps can be taken to identify the cause and help prevent this from happening again in the future.
All returned bottles are thoroughly cleaned in a modern automated washing system before being reused. The process includes multiple rinses, detergent soaking, and high-pressure cleaning stages to ensure bottles are hygienically prepared for refilling.
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, temperatures, jet pressures, and detergent levels are continuously monitored and controlled throughout the cleaning process.
Additionally, we kindly recommend using the ice packs, as these can help keep the milk cooler for longer when stored in the Milk Minder, particularly during warmer weather.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I wish I could share the love. However, milk and more keep failing to deliver a good service. And im not the only one complaining sadly. If I could find another provider I would change. Sorry, but there have just been too many mistakes!

We get our milk delivered Mon/Weds and Fridays in glass bottles at any time between 2.00am and 4.00am. The milk is always top quality and perfect for making nespresso coffee and pour on your bowl of cornflakes.
Nothing beats recycling glass bottles day after day after day.
