Please do not order the product from this website.

It is disgustingly bad, they are not ready to return a product. I posted a lot videos, that product is not working( which was a gift for my friend’s daughter for her first birthday).

That are not ready to return a product which is a kids toys of 30 euros not working at all. I don’t care if they return my money now or not because they cause so much trauma for stuff that they buy for nothing from China and they sell for bonkers and still they act as if we are wrong in reporting a malfunctioning product. Just stay away !!

The website stated "in stock / 1-3 business days," but after I made the payment, I was informed that the product would take about a month to arrive—and it's shipping from China. Their phone line is also unreachable. I’ve just sent an email requesting a refund. I absolutely do not recommend this site.

Dont trust the website! Would never order again. Never received the order and money was not returned either.

Very good item - made my nephew really happy, but the delivery time was waaaaay to long. Almost 1 month from France to Netherlands? Kind of ridiculous therfore I give 4 stars only.

Don't order here, scam! An order was delivered which was half broken and where half of the order is missing. Already had a lot of mail communication with mijn-hummeltjr, because they are not available by telephone. My-hummeltje does not come with a solution and lets me pay for the costs. I'm going to take legal action.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Despite their claims of 2-3 day delivery times, my order took a full two weeks to arrive since it was actually shipped from China, not locally as implied. The price markup was also significantly higher compared to other retailers. When I sought a full refund due to these issues, their customer service was lacking; it required multiple emails—five, to be precise—to even initiate the refund process. Save yourself the hassle and consider buying from more reliable sources like Bol or Amazon instead!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Pretending to be an online shop for high-quality products but in reality CHEAP PRODUCTS from China, long delivery (2 months instead of a few days), you won’t be able to reach a human person from customer service, IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN and GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

My package arrived damaged and half open, there were stains and scratches on my products. Expected high quality toys since they were pricier than other websites but in reality the quality was very cheap and it didn’t feel safe for children. So I contacted customer support by email since the phone number didn’t work. I explained that I would like to request a return. Instead of explaining me the return process, they asked for pictures. I never had to do this anywhere else before but fair enough. I sent them the requested pictures and instead of the return (which I requested), they wanted to offer me 10% of the costs for not returning it. I didn’t agree and insisted on my return as this is my right. Then it got ridiculous and they requested videos, I sent them, was offered 30%. I didn’t agree and requested the return for the millionth time. Only when I mentioned a potential lawsuit, they went up with their offer (40%). However, I still wanted to return the products and after many email exchanges and 1 month already passing by, I received a return from with a return address in Albania. I sent the products back with Track & Trace and the delivery took 3 months (!) - only to be sent back to me because the address did not exist. I emailed customer support again to request my money back. Let’s see what they will come back with. This might turn into a lawsuit after all.

Dropshipping from China. Not the “feel good local small enterprise” you might expect when visiting the website and reading its stories. I thought this to be somewhat misleading. Could just as well have bought directly from Alibaba or what have you

I order 2 weeks ago my item. Still don't have it.
Contact with support is almost impossible. Telephone doesn't work, emails are responded after few days.
That company is kind a joke for me.

Be careful, they are not even registered in The Netherlands. Orders take 3 months, but haven't received it yet, asked for a refund and nothing neither.

Really bad experience! Totally not recommended!
The items were delivered in a really bad situation, with their wrapping completely destroyed.
After all this inconvenience, the customer support was not willing at all to help me!
The products were also overpriced!

My daughter liked a lot this product. She is learning and also having a lot of fun. Design is nice, exercises are adequated for age. I recommend it.

The pictures don’t match the actual size.
Pieces are March smaller and dangerous for kids that could swallow it.
The quality is poor.
Dutch website and shipped from China and took way longer than expected.
