The girls at the Le Marais Paris store were very kind and helpful. I have since worn my boots 2 times and I enjoy them very much and have received multiple compliments. They are now the most beautiful pair of shoes that I own and would definitely consider buying again.

Weird toe space
The shoes look amazing - on the picture. Unfortunately, the nice looking women's shoes only go up to size 42 when i have size 43 feet. I still tried 42 and it fits me, but it looks super weird, the toes space are too narrow and my toes stretch out the leather into a weird shape, creating a perfect outline of my toes and showing the empty space instead of holding shape. Not sure what to do with them.

Oliana boots - bad quality
I bought a pair of Oliana boots - shockingly, after only 4 months of normal city wear, the leather started cracking severely and the shoes are now completely unwearable.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to help, claiming it's just external impact based solely on photos. Even worse, when I offered to ship the shoes back to their factory for a physical quality inspection, their customer care manager Alessio refused to accept them. Very disappointed with how this brand treats its customers and how they evaluate structural material damage purely from photographs. Would not recommend buying from them.

Following this assessment, our specialists were unfortunately unable to identify any manufacturing defect. As a result, we were not able to proceed with a warranty claim. While we understand your request to return the boots for further inspection, the conclusion reached by our factory team was that there was no indication of a production-related issue that would require additional evaluation or repair.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are truly sorry for any frustration this situation has caused. We value every piece of feedback we receive, as it helps us continue to improve both our products and our customer experience.

Nylon sandals fits perfectly
The delivery arrived one day in advance!
The shoes are perfect, I choosed the nylon version of the model because having long and thin foot it is the only way to wear solid shoes without loosing them.

Got very expensive leather loafers and…
Got very expensive leather loafers and did not realise that they would be very painful to wear. not only that, but i am even slipping out of them even though they should be exactly my size. the back of the shoe is extremely hard and rough and i dont know how i am supposed to wear it. since i got it on sale i am not able to return it. the design is beautiful but i have no idea how anyone can wear them. even with socks i slip out and my heel gets scratched by the inside. at the same time my feet fill the whole shoe and it feels tight at the front. clearly a design flaw. really disappointed.
however i got mules in the same size and they are quite comfortable. but they cost almost half
