I have been contacted immédiately by Emilia who was very sorry of what happened, escalated the case to her superior and offered a compensation to forget this bad experience. This experience will anyway cost me money and time but I appreciate the effort to keep me satisfied.

I decided right away to buy a pair of Red Wing shoes from this store because of its unbelievable price (more than 25 percent discount - during their promotion period). However, I forgot that I must go abroad next Monday. When the package arrived at DHL, I was anxious by the estimated delivery date, which would be too late for me to receive the package. Thanks to your collaboration with the store and generous customer service, my package arrived yesterday. I can relax and enjoy my new pair of shoes. Such a horrible online store. I have ordered a blazer, and it was supposed to be delivered express after 11 days. I still don't have it. I wrote them an email after two days they replied; we apologise for the inconvenience. We can see our seller has not shipped Your order yet. I wrote back, and They responded after two days, and again we can see there is a delay, but our seller from Slovenia has shipped your order, and this is your tracking number. It is supposed to be delivered express after 11 days there is no blazer. So disappointed will never shop from this website.
