Mobile phone ordered on 6-10-18, today 18-01-19 not yet receiced. Sent a lot of reminder, received a lot of promise to deliver, never is arrived, now the do not reply to the e-mail. Already instructed the compliant to public authorityes. Very bad supplier. Suggested to order in other web site.

Still waiting on a refund promised after the phone I ordered was out of stock ! That was on the 1st October 2018. I have sent about 150 emails to customer service Xiaomi.world, think I've received 3, never ever buy from this company, like me your money will be gone !!
They are a scam and a joke of a seller just wish I'd read about them before leaving money with them....

Good service

I ordered a phone and paid for Gold delivery. Ordered on December 4th for guaranteed delivery by December 21st. It's now January 4th and still no phone delivered. No response to 4 emails and unable to get through to anyone on call centre number. I am beginning to think I have been scammed. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife. Do not use this company !

I ordered a phone for my brother's bday, paid for gold shipping, of course is delayed, no news, no tracking. Sent like 10 emails so far, only 2 responses to those 10 emails, both saying it was arriving on time, none giving any info, accepting is delayed, or replying to why should I pay for an expensive shipping fee if they did not deliver. I have no idea when my phone will arrive, if they will ever answer again, there is no phone to call. My brother is of course thinking his phone will never come. I wish I had read the reviews...

Finally my order, ordered on 24 August 2018 arrived 10 October 2018, 45 days after the order was replaced.

The Gold service delivery dates stated, Minimum delivery date: Mon 3 September Maximum delivery date: Wed 12 September. This would be impossible as the shippers did not receive the shipment until 16 September as shown in the tracking from PostNL.

This was not the Gold service I paid for and therefore I should be refunded the €14.90, I paid for the Gold delivery service.

Furthermore when the package arrived in Ireland is was taken by Customs as it was shipped from HongKong. Customs applied a charge of €40.79 as customs charge, due to the Goods not fulling articles 28 and 29 of the EU.

Under the General Conditions of the sales of goods agreement highlighted below, you state that this should not occur.

20. Expenses, shipping methods and delivery time From MIESPAÑA we always look for the best solution for our clients, we listen to them and we offer them what they ask for. We have optimized the logistics information section and deliveries, as well as partnering with new International Logistics to offer several solutions to our customers who can select the transport that best suits the characteristics of the purchase.

We will currently offer 3 types of shipments: BRONZE , SILVER and GOLD . Each type of shipment has a price and particular characteristics.

Regardless of the type of shipment, all will have "Tracking or Tracking Number". You can know the status of your shipment at all times.

The origin of the shipment will be from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The customer will receive the order from Spain using: Correos de España or through European logistics channels, from the United Kingdom or the Netherlands, this would prevent the client from carrying out customs procedures.

Additionally the General Conditions further state:

The shipments are made from our logistics centers that are located in Spain, Europe or Hong Kong depending on the type of product and order. Regardless of the logistics center from which it was sent, the delivery deadlines indicated when placing the order will be met, and of course there will be no increase in the price.

As I had to pay the Customs charge of €40.79 to receive the goods, I would regard this as an increase in price and therefore I would request to be refunded this additional amount.

Total Refund due: €55.69

I fully believe that due to the extreme length of time this order has taken, I believe my request for this refund is reasonable

No Refund Received, no communication, every request for information was ignored until I requested a refund from the Credit Card company..
Poor Responses, worst online transaction I have ever completed.

The deadline has passed 15 days ago, I'm still waiting for my Xiaomi...

Both cellphones arrived in perfect condition, however i almost didn't get any tracking information.

It is unacceptable that you make the purchase on 11/5/18 and on 04/12/18 they put me in the status of the order sent, I have not received it yet and I have paid the money to receive it before and they have already passed the days that put a term on the page. I will not buy more on this page since there are other pages in Spain where you buy today and tomorrow you have it at home with free shipping. example: powerplanetonline .this is a serious page which you can communicate with at any time. Here you send an email with your query and hopefully after 3 or 4 days they will answer you but never with a clear answer. I give it a star because I can not put 0 stars, but my vote is 0 stars.

Wont buy again, you pay extra to get it faster and it arriver after 1 month.

No answers at questions. Very long time for delevery (one month and a half without any information)

No support, very very bad shipping, too late on delivery... Only product price are good
