Really fast delivery and beautiful furniture. We ordered the Tudor 6 reclining seat table and chairs.
We had a bit of an issue where the gas 'thing' didn't line up with screws but luckily my husband is handy and sorted it out. The set is really good quality and very comfortable. We're delighted we invested in something that should last a very long time.

Really pleased with the products we received but more so by the customer service. Really quick delivery and very communicative. There was an issue with one item and Mid Ulster Garden Centre were so helpful and efficient at getting this sorted out. They replaced the item even though we were in Dublin. Highly recommend.

A really top notch company! We ordered five Slate Garden Sphere Sculptures in different sizes and they are absolutely great and we are extremely pleased with them. This company are also very nice to deal with and answered all of my questions prior to purchasing. Would return again and highly recommend them.

Had a problem with garden swing seat that we bought from mid Ulster garden centre, I must say the response & help in resolving our problem from a lady named Laura was second to none.great customer service, I would definitely recommend mid Ulster.

I ordered a Christmas tree last minute (not expecting it to be here this Christmas). Within an hour of purchasing I received a dispatch notice and got the tree within 24hours of purchasing. Delighted with tree and very impressed with online service

They had a Christmas tree in stock that I wanted and was hard to find elsewhere, but I was a bit aprehensive to order online given they didn't have many Trustpilot reviews. However, I dropped them an email first (late one evening) to enquire about the tree and shipping. They got back first thing in the morning and said if I ordered before 11 they would ship it that day. I didn't catch my email in time, so ordered by 12:30, but I replied to the email to let them know and they still got it shipped that day for me and it was with me well before I needed it.

Overall very happy with the experience and I'd happily use them again.

Had an exceptionally poor experience with this Mid Ulster Garden Centre.
In April I ordered (& paid for) circa £1400 garden furniture on their website (showing as 1 in stock) for delivery end of May. Checked website next day - showing 0 in stock. :0).
Then get a notification to say this is not a stock item but I could track its delivery process using an app!! As I still hadn't never received confirmation about delivery mid May I e-mailed Co, got a prompt response to say we (the Co) "are scheduled to receive this between 25 and 30 May. It takes an additional 3 / 4 working days to reach you (me). Once dispatched our haulier to call you to book in delivery.
Please let me know if that is okay or if too long I can process a refund"

Strange I thought they mentioned a refund for a weeks delay after me waiting almost 2 months - however, I thanked for explanation and no refund required thank you I would wait a week or two more for the furniture.
However, early June came and went so I contacted Co again and I was advised "The bad news is that your order has been incorrectly dispatched to a customer in Scotland with a similar name" !?!

They offered unsuitable alternatives totally different to what I ordered or a similar one arriving in August (summer over in Scotland).

The only positive was I requested an immediate refund so got my money back that day 17th June.

Great item and very quickly dealt with a delivery damage issue due to no fault of their own. Would highly recommend, really pleased with swing egg chair and the customer service.

A Little hiccup with delivery which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the company. Amazing Value.

Take note #balsamhilluk After a nightmare experience with this before named company I found Mid Ulster Garden Centre - My tree was dispatched a few hours after ordering and received 2 days later (which is impressive during the Christmas period) Painless and swift purchase of a beautiful quality product. :)
