Have been coming to midpoint for a very long time but today the waitresses that looked like a group of kids where stroking a dog inside the restaurant and then thought they was going to bring me out my food
Won’t be coming back
Kids spent more time standing about then taking our order

I was so nervous about sending our money, it was our savings and as we were moving countries we wanted to know our money was safe and we were not going to be paying huge fees to convert to the new currency.
Midpoint staff were amazing, the chat feature was great, the staff team so responsive - even calling to reassure me and guide me through the process.
Midpoint was recommended to me and I thoroughly recommend them as an excellent company to deal with. My money arrived safe and sound and I didn't have to lose a substantial amount in currency conversion.

I was a 'tricky' customer to clear from a KYC/AML perspective having recently returned to the UK after living abroad for 7 years but Schwaan and the back-office team were very helpful in working through the process. Have now completed a number of transfers through Midpoint and cannot fault the service - and was told by my bank (with whom I am a 'premier' customer) that they couldn't begin to come close to the rates I could get through Midpoint. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Midpoint has very good fees and they provided a very good service. There was a moment when I did not know if I would be able to transfer the money on time so I called customer services. I was impressed by their friendliness and patience doing everything they could to make the transfer work smoothly. Will definitely use again next time I want to transfer money internationally.

Excellent support and service. Quick replies to any queries and positive help in getting a very large transfer sorted. And a competitive cost - certainly FAR FAR cheaper than any high-street bank and more efficient.

My husband and I needed to complete a large international transfer from GBP to USD. We were referred to Midpoint through a promotion they shared with a travel-related e-newsletter that I receive, so we decided to consider Midpoint along with our consideration of our own banks and other money transfer competitors. There ended up being no comparison - Midpoint gave the best rates - and we saved a few hundred GBP by using Midpoint for this transfer.

Beyond the savings - my experience with their customer service support was exceptional. After creating my online account, a representative reached out to say he would be in touch. We arranged a phone call and he walked me through the process of setting up the online payments and transfers. We recently learned of closer friends who were subjects of online financial fraud and lost great sums of money, so naturally, the process of transferring large sums of money internationally was anxiety inducing and we wanted to be assured that our money would be safe. The advisor from Midpoint was so helpful in allaying fears, explaining the process, assisting with it all - there is so much value in that type of personal touch, far outweighing whatever we saved financially with this transaction. For that reason - I highly recommend Midpoint. As an American living in the UK, this will now be my go-to company for handling large money transfers back to the US.

Midpoints fees are very competitive ( with Avios on top) and they handled our transfer very professionally and quickly. Their customer service was extremely helpful. We needed some help to begin with and they were very friendly and patient. Also no need to wait in a queue for someone to answer the phone. We would not hesitate to transfer money with them.

I've recently used Midpoint to transfer money to a bank account in Australia. It was very easy and straightforward and their charge was much cheaper than the high street banks. Highly recommended.

I have used several times. I like the simplicity and that the customer service is fast and personalised.

I have found the customer service to be exemplary. With the addition of the chat feature on the website, I have always been given instant clear answers to questions.
I rarely recommend any service or company; however I have no problem recommending Midpoint. The service that I have received has always been excellent with fair exchange rates and modest charges.
My only reservation is the website which is not always intuitive and could be improved. Nevertheless it does work once you are familiar with it.

Having used different FX platforms / services in the past I can happily say that I cannot find anyone that beats Midpoint on exchange rates and customer service.

We have been using Midpoint for a few years now and find them so much easier to deal with than the bank for sending currency to our suppliers outside of the UK. When i have needed to contact them they are quick to respond and extremely helpful. I can't fault their service

Very quick for major currencies (especially to the US). The customer service is very good, you can always get someone over the phone and very responsive on email. Recommend for the rate and their staff!

Very bad website. Restricted. Can log on but cannot access my profile after adding my personal details. Comes up with a blank screen asking me to update when I have already added my personal details with no links underneath to click on. Plus other buttons do not work. Will never trust this website as it seems to be dodgy. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is full of broken links and is unreliable.

Honestly this was such a great service and would recommend it to anyone. Wet transfered over money from NZ/Aus for purchase of our motorhome. It felt great leaving out the banks! Huge savings in fee's and interest rate margins. Also the customer service was truly amazing. Thanks again!

onboarding and navigation process has upward potential and could bem ore intuitive, yet once the dog is training, it works well

I have been using Midpoint for several years now. I don't know why anybody uses their bank to transfer money. Best rates and reasonable fees.

Yesterday, I completed my first transaction through Midpoint. I am mightily impressed and want to give a 'shout out' (Not sure if that's an expression used in the UK, but it means a 'positive recognition/compliment' in the USA) to Tia Daley for facilitating this trade. She was incredibly responsive and available and, if she's representative of the rest of your team, you're fortunate to have assembled great talent.
