Always excellent service. We use midpac for some of our packaging supplies and custom printed bags and the quality is always excellent. these are the only company we use for our custom printed bags because of the quality! :)

Ordered two packs of 100x mailing bags and they arrived the next day. The bags themselves are decent, could be a little stronger and are slightly see-through, but for the price I really can't argue. Great experience overall.
Ordered quite a few boxes from this company. Website stated some boxes were due to be delivered first week of February. Confirmation email said they would be delivered end of February, I emailed back to query and received no response. It’s now mid March, I’ve not had the rest of my order, I’ve had no email to say it’s been delayed, no response to my emails. Awful service, I would recommend going elsewhere.
