DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Terrible service - gave me a VERY hard time returning an item, then resisted and purposely delayed issuing the credit after they received the returned item. STAY AWAY!

I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with MIDI Classics. I placed an order and after receiving order confirmation I expected to receive the product shorty. Two weeks passed and the item had not arrived so I followed up by email. I was told they were working on it. After not receiving my order after four weeks I followed up again. I did not receive an explanation as to why my item on the website that I received confirmation for was not shipped. Further, all contact was initiated by me. My last email did not ever receive a response. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
