A+ customer service!
It's truly a pleasure buying from and communicating with this company.

Love the product. Fast delivery!

Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service on my recent order! It is rare I leave a 5-star review. I was so pleased at how helpful the agent was in resolving a pricing question and the service was pleasant and courteous. Thank you!

Top notch customer service, quality products and employees who care.

Your fabulous customer service contacted me to make sure that I intended to order a size of mop head that did not go with the mop I ordered. As it happened, I did want two different sizes, but I appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly my order arrived. I could not be happier with your company or products thus far. The quality of the fabric and binding is even better than I expected.

Good serviice. On time.

Very professional products, a areat company with fantastic customer service.

Professional quality products, at affordable prices with free shipping. I forgot to buy a few things but customer service was highly responsive and friendly: I got my items all packaged together! The towels are all incredibly absorbent and delicate, from the disposable towels, glass towels, and car towels. The disposable mop pads were exactly what I needed for a tough cleaning project. Every microfiber product is durable for reuse with with proper care, including the disposable towels and mats! Less waste, less effort!

I bought a mop less than a month ago and I'm very disappointed. in the first week the velcro that is in the lower part took off, it is caught by the screws only, and now the cable has caught and does not reduce. I'm upset and I plan on returning this product.

I picked microfiber whole at radome of the web. I call with a lot of questions and concerns regarding the cost. The sales person was able to quickly guide me to exactly what I need for a great price. I recommend every one to use this company.

It took a bit to get started with my order. Once confirmed, great service!

Love the fast shipping and delivery of the best "wash rags" on the market!
