The Lampa escape tools I received which I tried one on old glass which was disappointing how it preformed would not be confident it would do job in emergency, hopefully never have to find out!! Delivery etc was prompt and efficient

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Delivery took 10 days to arrive, the part was the incorrect size for my car. Returned the part and no response, as soon as I gave them the tracking details proving the item was delivered back to them it’s absolute silence. Emails are being ignored and no phone numbers to call. Well over a month now since it’s been given back to them. Don’t buy from here because if it’s the wrong part they won’t give you your money back! Waste of time and a horrible company with terrible customer support

SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.
I orderd a front grille bumper off them, delivery time took well over 3 weeks. Item got shipped and it was the complete wrong item. There was no phone number to contact them or email only a website inquiry. Wrote to them and they took roughly weeks to reply. Said to ship it back but provided no way to ship it back or help. So I knew a friend up in mayo who had dealings with them and they said they are scammers. But anyway I let her try return the peice and get the correct one. They flat out refused to speak to her or co operate. One of her relatives who is in a high position of law attempted to resolve it. Its been 3 months of her efforts and still absolutely nothing. Its the end of June and all this is going on since Christmas 2025. I couldn't sell my car and still cant until I fix the problem. I dont write reviews but to all people reading this and see all the good reviews I would take this as a fair and honest review as it involved many people trying to fix something that should have taken little to no time. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Purchased front and rear brake pads for my car, which I received fairly quickly however, they did not include the shims which are integral whe changing the brake pads, the shims were always included when I purchased brake pads anywhere else

Well when placed an order it shown item in stock, however after paying for it got an email with estimated dispatch time full month later! It’s unacceptable. Got my item delivered earlier that a month, but still it took like 3 weeks. Another thing there is no option to collect from warehouse, which is literally few minutes walk away from my house. These two things need to be addressed, especially availability issue. Other than that everything is straight forward.
