Absolutely the best pepper jelly I've ever tasted. I'm probably on my 20th jar, and have no plans to stop. Mick's ingredient combination is fully compatible with my pallet and so far I've found no other jelly that I find as satisfying - both from a texture and taste standpoint. My favorite blend is Death Valley, although I've tried several of their other varieties.
