I instructed Michael Poole Nunthorpe to sell a property for me and can’t praise them highly enough. David came to value the property and he was professional,knowledgeable and friendly. They did the viewings on my behalf which was very much appreciated. It was Victoria who dealt with the sale and I felt totally confident and relaxed, words not normally associated with selling a house. It’s obvious David, Victoria and all the staff enjoy their job and want to help. I can’t thank them enough.

I have been supported by MP for many years as someone that has rented a property through them, there has been some communication errors initially however during a tenancy deposit dispute Oliver acted as the communicator between myself and landlord. The Billingham office of Michael Poole estate agents dealt with the recent sale of our property in Billingham. We had tons of viewing and they gave us detailed feedback every time. When we received formal offers they 'qualified' the potential buyers properly and managed the sale process through to completion very professionally. I'm dead fussy but i would use them again. My contact there was Debbie. Very well done.

We have recently had a valuation and subsequently listed our property for sale, following the service we received from Jack. Whilst we could have used a cheaper agent, we felt the service and professionalism from Jack was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the selling process. The listing process was very efficient, and we hope to see prospective buyers soon.

Having dealt with vatious local agents, this branch is one of the best for quick responses to emails and enquiries. The phone is always answered, Ive never had to leave a voicemail for a call back. Jack emails me back in a very timely manner and offers to talk me through the process.

We have let a number of properties (Debbie always helpful and goes above and beyond).
This occasion we have sold a property which was expertly managed by Isobel, again at Redcar branch. Her friendly and professional manner, together with excellent and regular communications has, I’m sure, been the difference in obtaining a quick sale (around a week) satisfactory to both parties. Chris the valuer played an important role in the sale too. Great guidance and prompt work in getting to market.

I am in the process of buying a property with Michael Poole estate agents. Alisha in the Guisborough office has been helping me through the process and I am incredibly impressed with how helpful she has been to make the process as smooth as possible. She has regularly communicated with me, and quickly and effectively answered any questions I had. I would be more than happy to recommend them to others.
