SCAM
I recently received an SMS from Mainro Solar regarding a job opportunity in an international inbound process. Initially, it sounded promising, but my experience turned out to be disappointing.
After joining, I was offered a very low base salary, with heavy emphasis on “high incentives” that were never clearly defined or realistically achievable. The work expectations were extremely demanding, with long working hours that were not aligned with what was communicated during hiring.
Communication from the management felt unclear and unprofessional at times, and overall the work environment did not meet basic expectations of transparency or fairness. Most concerning was the lack of clarity around payments and commitments made during the hiring process.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly verify all details before considering an opportunity with this company.
