I said I was going to give this company one more chance to communicate but after reading the other recent reviews I see the urgency in letting future customers know that may experience difficulty in recieving merchandise or getting your money back from Mia Belle. As others have mentioned, I also placed an order almost month ago with ZERO COMMUNICATION that there was going to be delays in shipping. When I reached out a week ago to the customer service contact to let them know I haven't received my order or any info concerning my order, it did warn me that due to a "high volume of emails" it was going to take 2 to 3 days for the company to respond. It has been almost a week since I sent the first email and still ZERO RESPONSE! This morning I received notification that 2 of my 4 pieces have finally shipped but the tracking doesn't work at all - even to say label created. I will try it again later but it feels like someone finally stumbled upon one of emails and just said oops my bad I better get on this order. I repeat still no response to apologize and assure me that I will get my order or be refunded. I see a company that can't handle what they have been handed in orders or maybe they just don't care. I am really worried I will NOT see the merchandise or my money back so PLEASE research carefully before ordering from this company especially if you are spending substantial money. When several reviews complain of the same practice from a company that suggest there is definitely a problem.

As with others I am seeing on this board, I placed an order for a Halloween costume over a month ago and am seeing no information on tracking- we received an accessory, but the dress itself is “unknown”. At $70 I would have expected much better. Hoping they can make it right asap so I don’t have to make other costume plans.
Update- after submitting this review my dress was shipped; however it was not as advertised. It was intended to be a halter with a sash and flowers at the top of the dress; the dress delivered was a tube top with the sash detached. Upon initiating my return, I was notified I would only be eligible for store credit, and couldn’t get a refund. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the false advertising of this company- feels like a money grab.

I only shop from here only because it is great quality clothing that has lost my daughter through years. This wasn’t my first purchase, but I believe this was one of the purchases that I got for December for her photo shoot that got put on the front of a magazine. I truly believe That if you get quality clothing that you should pay not outrageous prices and that’s what’s best about this site is that they have so many discounts and these clothes last for at least two seasons highly recommend the clothing here. I’ve never gone wrong and got nothing but compliments.

They claimed that my order was fufilled and they only sent me the shoes and NOT my costume which is still being processed after 3 1/2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Don’t allow this company to ruin your child’s Halloween because they don’t follow through with their promised delivery dates.

My daughter loves the outfits we've bought. She loves how soft and comfortable the clothes are. One of her favorites is a grinch outfit that she wore for grinch day at school.

I placed an order September 9th with a guaranteed delivery by 20 business days later. That would've been October 9th. I have inquired time and time again and they said it's "partially fulfilled" and sent a bogus tracking number that doesn't work. When I contact them to inquire where is the order and when the rest of the order will ship, I get a ridiculous reply sending me the same tracking number for the items that they claim have been shipped. The bulk of the order, however, remains not shipped. There's a reason I ordered Halloween costumes that far in advance. They claim they'll deliver "on or before Halloween" now but that's not what I signed up for on SEPTEMBER 9th! A delivery "on or before Halloween" doesn't help as my kids have several halloween things to attend WELL BEFORE the 31st. I'm never buying from these people again and unless the items arrive in the next 5 days will have to procure new costumes. What a joke of a business.

Ordered my daughter's halloween costume and it had an estimated shipping date of 9/24/24 with arrival estimated as 9/29/24. Shipping was delayed until 10/4/24. On 10/8/24 the item still has not shipped. After attempting to contact the company through their customer service email (2x), chat bot (countless times), and social media (2x),I filed a complaint with the BBB because that seemed to be the only place they responded to anyone. They sent a reply that they could not help me because their system showed my order was canceled. They sent the response at 11:19. At 11:25,they canceled my order.

I'm frustrated because this was the final piece to my daughter's halloween costume and now we will be scrambling to find a replacement.

I also do not appreciate a company that is so deceptive. Instead of addressing the problem, they are pretending I canceled the order. They have countless customers with similar complaints but try to hide them by blaming the customer. If I had done my due diligence, instead of just looking at the star rating,I would have never ordered from this company.

Absolutely loveeee the ease of the website and the images & reviews which makes it easy to choose styles! Wonderful selection of items! My entire family is ready to spoil all the girls this holiday season, their favorites are the coats (super classic and detailed).

I have ordered from them in the past and have been happy. The last few orders I have been very unhappy with. The quality of the clothes is not what it used to be. I tried to return a dress that my daughter did not like (the first time ever returning something) and they rejected the return. They stated that it was “used”. I would NEVER return something that was used. They wanted me to pay for it to be shipped back to me or they would donate it.

We love Mia Belle! The quality of the products was great! My four year old has loved every piece we’ve ever received. I’m always such a sucker for their holiday collections!

Hands down these are the cutest high quality clothes for little girls! They have the perfect outfit for any season. We especially love the all the items that are glitter!

I love the diverse collection of clothing for my granddaughters! And they love when Mimi lets them go thru and pick out an outfit and accessories! And they are even prettier in person!

I got 2 matching mommy and me sets and I love them! They fit true to size and are quality material. I also got a mystery gift which is adorable. My daughter is a 3t size and I'm a large. I also got her a pumpkin patch set and they are exactly like the pictures. They arrived quickly and I even had to message them because I accidently ordered 2 on one item by accident and they fixed and refunded it right away. I used the shop app and it worked easily. I also used a discount code and it worked as expected. Truly love this company!

Update: Finally refunded for the items. Company told me that my items have not yet shipped and inferred that I misunderstood the situation. As I have screenshots showing actual pictures of the sweaters with a headline "the rest of your order is on its way!", I'm guessing that means either their computer system does not work properly or they provided false info either in their email or in their response to this review. Either way, just keep in mind that ordering through this site may not be a smooth process due to the difficulty contacting customer service and the inaccuracy of orders.

Unfortunately, I am writing a second negative review due to completely separate issue from my recent problem a few weeks ago. As part of my initial order, I purchased two halloween sweaters which we pre-ordered and set to ship mid to end of September. The tracking for these sweaters says it was delivered on 9/29, but the package contained a pair of shoes I had previously ordered and already received. I have sent emails asking about the sweaters to Mia Belle on 10/1 and 10/4 (again, because they do not provide a customer service phone number) but have not heard back from anyone. I am guessing these sweaters will not arrive, or at least not in time for the Halloween season. I have ordered one time from Mia Belle and received wrong items in both parts of my order and getting a hold of customer service has been awful unless I post public reviews on these type of review sites.

I just recently ordered from Mia Belle Baby and I absolutely love them. The outfits are so cute and great quality. I highly recommend you give them a try. You will love it.

These clothes are absolutely amazing. They are great quality and great pricing. Will definitely return to buy more. I absolutely love them.
