Great products (we bought groceries, a book and cooking equipment) Easy to order, delivery fast and the quality of what we purchased is exceptional - particularly impressed with the 'use-by' dates on the products we thought would have a short life - especially as they are authentically Mexican (they've come a long way!) We've bought 'Mexican' before and discovered what we'd bought was produced in the UK. Not this time though. Thank you.

Great service, quick dispatch, well packed. Sometimes dried chilis are not as fresh as could be, but they have to come from Mexico! Always taste great in my recipes.

No next working day delivery. The site says says so but my parcel has not yet arrived after one week and had planned a Mexican meal! This is the second time parcel arrives that late.

A Good Shop
I have been a customer of Mexgrocer for several years. I like the range of hard to find, authentic Latin American foodstuffs.
The orders have always arrived on time, are always accurately picked and well packed.
I once had a minor "damaged in transit" issue, and the folks at Mexgrocer could not have responded better. As well as being nice to deal with, they got a replacement to me within 48 hrs, and have now introduced improved, environmentally friendly packaging.
I will continue in future to be a loyal customer.
