Excellent tool, very speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

Shipment was delayed but no communication received had to chase a number of times finally arrived 2 months later than expected!

Staff were helpful but blamed it on a shipping delay - shame they couldn’t keep us updated would definitely improve customer service and experience

Excellent service , only slight disappointment unit had a dent when we opened it up, does not effect it in anyway, just disappointment . Works exactly as it should , decent quality and straightforward to use.

Bottom plate (18) missing, welds very poor quality on frame, some seams not even welded. Dies do not align properly, 1/4 inch out of alignment. Expected more for money tbh. Cheap plastic knobs on spindle handles to top it off.

I bought a vice mounted shrinker/stretcher, so far it has worked very well, pleased with the results on the few bits of metal I have formed.

No instructions. So called company to be told not for parcels when description clearly states letter and parcel box. No apology or solution offered. Not good customer service.

Did not receive my order, did not receive any notification updates about my order and my emails went unanswered.
So I reported it to the card company.

Bought a letter box back in october 21 - took a few weeks to get it fitted. However in Jnuary the lock started playing up and by February I couldnt get it open. On reporting this to the company they said it was outside their 30 day return period and directed me to screwfix. If I pay £85 for a post box i would expect it to last more than 4 months. Clearly the parts used are cheap and not fit for being outside. Very disappointing customer services and no knowledge of consumer law clearly

This company is fantastic. I phoned with a product query and spoke to Scott. He knew the products and could discuss which was best for my needs. I’ve never encountered this before with a company, someone who actually knows all the products inside out. Truly a professional who is a credit to this company. I was very impressed.

Great post box. Did order a black one but received red! Happy with it but sent email to explain colour mix up but heard nothing back!
