Received my foot operated shrinker stretcher in good time but did not receive any hardware to assemble the item, springs, bolts and bushes etc. Contacted F P Trading multiple times they kept saying the missing items are on the way and they never arrived. Ended up having to get the missing items myself. Machine works well but I shouldn’t have had to source parts for a new machine myself
