Tool was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately I found there was a small retaining screw missing which did not really affect the working of the tool. However I contacted Metz on the website contact us facility. I didn't hear anything back so emailed them direct. They replied promptly and from there on the service was great. I would say that they dealt with this small issue very well. I would recommend them and will deal with them for future purchases.

Although the tool worked OK, I was disappointed with the quality. Tha base unit has x2 M10 threaded holes in the base to enable you to bolt to the bench.
Unfortunately both holes are about 15 degrees out of square with the base, which ment I had to drill holes through my bench at an angle to allow me to bolt it down.

When it was ordered,on Thursday, I asked man on phone when I would get it and he replied tomorrow (being Friday).
It is now Sunday and not yet arrived.
Yet another bit of internet bullsh.t.

Amazing quality and extremely great value for money+

I'm very disappointed, I've tried to use it to shear 0.9mm mild steel sheet but is cut about 50mm long then just rode over the sheet metal and won't cut any more. The coller just slips allowing the cutters to ride over the metal. There is so much deflection in the frame that it just bends the metal without cutting. I haven't tried swagging yet, I hope that goes better. Not impressed so far.

Tools were as advertised and prompt delivery

As a beginner to metal shaping, I decided to go the whole hog and by the workstation rather than individual tools. It arrive in time (very heavy) I assembled all the part which come together easily. I had to enlist the help of friends to lift the English wheel frame in place as this was the heaviest part. Once in place, I was wheeling with half an hour. Everything works as intended, I'm very please with it.

The parcel box is great, well constructed and was dispatched same day as the order.
However I ordered the "METZ SECURITY STEEL MAIL POST LETTER BOX DROP BOX PARCEL BOX SOFT CLOSE" based on the dimensions provided on the website...
The website states that the overall parcel box dimension is 1053mm high X 390mm wide X 240mm deep - THIS IS THE DIMENSION OF THE TOP WEATHER COVER/LID and the box itself is considerably smaller measuring at 1053mm high X 330mm wide X 170mm deep which totally messed my calculations up on the parcel variances that would fit into the accurately measures 310mm wide X 130mm deep parcel chute, which makes me wish i had rather purchased the much cheaper front opening option.

Other than that, the box itself is not weather proof and needs to have some silicone sealant placed into the gaps in the door frame folds to prevent rain from making its way into the bottom of the box.

No communication whatever. Not even to progress request simply said transaction complete yet it was it. Money grabbers with no customer conscience.

The quality of the tools were pretty much as I expected. Whether they will hold up, only time will tell. They do the jobs I had intended.
Overall pleased.
