Utterly useless. Costco included
Ordered a washer and dryer from Costco two months ago. First set arrived a week after ordering - the delivery guys bring them upstairs and immediately say they cant install them because the wrong size washer hose was delivered. We make them at least stack the units and set up the dryer before they leave. The dryer doesnt work. they didnt test it before leaving. So wait another week for a new dryer to arrive. We bought the longer hose instead of waiting for a new one. They come back and promptly say they cant stack the new dryer with an old stacking kit! so we insist they at least install them side by side until the new stacking kit arrives. Two more weeks go by. more guys arrive with the kit. They say "why cant we use this stacking kit?" I say go for it! So they stack the dryer and leave. Well they didnt take the feet off the dryer and were reefing on it to line up the screws as well as asking me for windex to spray on the floor to make sliding easier. They also tangled up the washer hoses. First load of laundry and a screw pops out.the other one is only in half way and the bottom of the dryer is bent as well as the stacking kit. They never cleaned up the windex and its also under the washer and now i cant clean that either!. Wait two more weeks for a new dryer and stacking kit. They arrive and the new dryer is damaged off the truck. They leave. wait another week for another dryer - its also damaged and no stacking kit arrives so they cant stack it anyways. So here we are - still waiting. These guys know nothing, arent allowed to make decisions, have no resources other than to say so sorry we cant do anything. I will never buy appliances from anybody who uses these guys, ever again. I am out hundreds of dollars from taking time off work to wait for these fools and im still waiting!! Time means NOTHING to these people. Same with Costco. NEVER AGAIN.
The worst shipping compagny !
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Metro Supply Chain's delivery service after a BestBuy order. Not only was the service subpar, but their handling caused significant damage to my property. During the delivery, the team damaged my home with their delevery truck, and on top of that, they broke the freezer (they actually drop it). The lack of care and professionalism was alarming. When I contacted customer service to report the issues, the response was slow and unsatisfactory. No serious compensation or acceptable resolution was offered, leaving me with both repair costs and frustration. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience !!

Why do I have to stress about my packages?!
Drivers have delivered to incorrect location. Drivers do not even attempt to deliver package, I've had them delivering my packages all week and have only had issues. They do not attempt to buzz into my building, nor do they attempt to call. I've tried updating my info with customer service, they tell me it's updated and still nothing. The drivers are useless and lazy, I witnessed one of them walk out of his car WITHOUT my package, walk up to the door, then turn right around and sit in his car. Immediately got an email my package couldn't be delivered, I had to flag him down to tell him I just watched him not even try. This is repeat offenses, all week the drivers keep saying undeliverable. Today, I didn't even get notified I had a package out for delivery. Suddenly, my package is not able to be delivered at 9:20pm. Who delivers at 9:20 PM? He took a photo of my building down the street, he didn't even bother driving up and parking at my building. This should be illegal, I will be reporting to BBB
Horrid experience
Horrid experience. This company must be a scam. They rarely ever deliver their packages. I've had 2 deliveries from them that were returned to the vendor I purchased from. They make no effort to contact you- even with a cell phone number on the package. And the tracking system is a giant joke. I would pull their business license. Going to flag this with the Better Business Bureau and notify the vendor I purchased from to not use them going forward. It damages the Vendors reputation when customers never receive their packages.

I cringe any time I open tracking and see this company is being used. This isn't the first bad experience but the first time I didn't get my package.
My package is now being returned to sender because this company clearly doesn't hire people intelligent enough to use a buzzer code (apparently it's impressive they even made it to the building). 3 times the same driver (Venkata) showed up outside my building, took a photo of the door which clearly has the buzzer system next to it but didn't once actually use it. So 3 failed "attempts" even after I emailed them about Venkata being an issue and requesting a different delivery person. Seems I am not the only one with this issue. Are they doing this to claim they "returned to sender" but they're stealing our packages? Don't know what they plan to do with a replacement dustjacket for a book, it's literally only worth the paper it's printed on...
inept customer service and delivery
they've been "trying" to deliver something to me every day this week but continue to fail because of an error w my phone number - not that that has prevented other deliveries from other companies in the past, ever. customer service is inept. I've recieved similar copy/paste replies to each email that all fail to actually address my issue. one email copy/pasted my words and phone number from a previous email as a reply, rude but at least it gave me some hope... that was two failed deliveries ago.
Absolutely worthless shipping company
Absolutely worthless shipping company. Took 5 attempts to deliver a couch from Costco. Damaged my house, left garbage in the driveway. Yelled at me when their delivery time was after 5 that THEY SCHEDULED. Costco will also be getting a poor review for this. They clearly have no intention of dealing with this group of incompetent morons.

I would give them zero stars if I could! I ordered a sectional from Costco and was expecting Costco's "white glove service"(includes set up and taking away boxes). NO white glove service occurred, delivery driver dragged 2 of 4 boxes along my hardwood floor and scratched them in the process and left the boxes unopened in the room where they were to be set up. The other 2 boxes were left in my garage unopened. Delivery driver said the boxes were too big to fit through my front door(my husband and I had no problem taking them out of the boxes and bringing them through said door??? Costco gave me a measly $100 Costco card for the lack of white glove service and Metro Supply Chain denies the scratches on the floor(although I had a witness and submitted pictures of damage). AVOID AT ALL COST!
Beyond Terrible!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst! There is a reputable online retailer I enjoy purchasing from the problem is they use Metro Supply Chain for there delivery service in my area. I have had to stop shopping with this retailor because of the horrible service, stress and time wasted with Metro. Consistently, with every delivery they go from “out for delivery” to “unsuccessful delivery attempt” the problem being there is NEVER any delivery attempt made. They have my phone number; no call is made. They have the buzzer code; it is not used. I know this because my cellphone records any calls, the building directory system records contact attempts on your phone and I have even put up a large sign in the building entry with Metro Supply Chain, the name of the retailer, my name, the buzzer code, and my suite number. They retailer is paying for a service; I am paying for delivery and neither of us is getting that service only frustration and wasted time. This company should not be in business.

I made a purchase with IKEA and chose delivery between 5 and 7 p.m., as that's when I get back from work. The delivery guy called at 1 p.m. to bring the package. I told him no because if I had been home earlier, I would have simply chosen the 1 p.m. timeframe, which also happens to be cheaper than my chosen timeframe.
Now, the email where I confirm the delivery time says that I will be called 30 minutes before delivery comes, and that works great for me as I work just 15 minutes away from home. A call 30 minutes before would have worked great, as I would have had more than enough time to go home. This guy calls me at 4:55 and says he will be at my house at 5 p.m. exactly. I ask him nicely to wait a few minutes for me, as I am not far away, but he says no, they don't wait for anyone. So he leaves and I call Metro Supply Chain to reschedule since I didn't get my package and they say I have to pay again. And its a 70 DOLLARS delivery service!!! I've had free delivery services that have been way nicer and more polite than them. Obviously, I complained to IKEA and suggested they don't use this crappy company for their deliveries. I see the reviews here and they are all the same. Why are this big companies still using this useless company?
I EXPECT A COMPENSATION FIRST, THEN AN APOLOGY FOR THE RUDENESS OF THE DELIVERY GUY AND WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED TO RESCHEDULE.

Too bad you cant give a minus rating when it is justified. Usual window given for a delivery of a product I purchased from Best Buy Canada. When I received a call from Metro they were at my home, I asked the delivery person if he could wait another 15 minutes until I got there, as I was at work. He said he would wait but only 15 minutes. He lied as a neighbor told me no one waited around as she saw them arrive and leave two minutes later. RUSHED from work to find no one there, I was less than 15 minutes to make it there in time. It seems their time is more valuable than their customers. Best Buy will hear about this as it is a reflection of who they chose to do business with. I paid $50 for this delivery service, not worth a loonie, I would like a refund. Other reviews are just as negative as mine, how do these kinds of companies stay in business? They originate from the U.S. which says a lot right there as we can't even use our own services in Canada when we purchase products here. The other interesting thing, when I tried calling to reschedule the delivery their first option refers to "are you looking for a job" not customer service, their needs come first. Rotten process and rotten experience, the kind of company we all want to stay away from!
My item was never delivered
My item was never delivered. The tracking claims that delivery was attempted twice at 9-10pm but I was home both times and nobody knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. The delivery driver also did not attempt to contact me despite having my phone number. I could only leave voicemails for Metro E24 rather than talk directly to a person, and I received a voicemail in response a couple days later asking for my unit number.

The tracking does not list any delivery attempts since the failed “attempt” a week ago and now states that the item is being returned to sender.
Avoid at all costs, and avoid any seller who forces you to use this delivery service.

I would gave negative stars if system permits. Absolutely horrible experience with Metro delivery individual named Shawn who was rude, unprofessional. He didn't even care after he slam down a fragile shipment right in front me and was unapologetic of his unprofessional behavior. No sure why Costco online use this delivery service at all.

I was so stressed out with this company that I caught a cold.
I waited at home two days in a row for my package because I missed it the first day. The first day of waiting I contacted them and they told me they couldn't deliver because they didn't have the buzzcode for my building. THE BUZZCODE WAS WRITTEN WITHIN THE ADDRESS. I don't know if they don't train their delivery people or they can't read, but it was there. I asked customer service if I could pick up my package somewhere but they said that they don't do that. If I missed my package again, that would be it.
The second day I waited all day at home with no updates. I contacted customer service but no answer.
Miraculously I got my package on the weekend.
How is it that a delivery company is this incompetent? Why can't they have an office to pick up packages or drop them off at a UPS store? I didn't choose to have my package delivered this way, and I don't recommend it either.

Worst delivery company available. Didn’t wait 5 mins even if they told me they would wait 15 mins. They are the worst. Called them and the customer service is even worse. No understanding of customer service. Escalated to the manager which was even a bigger mistake. This company should be banned.

E24 should have business license revoked
E24 is beyond terrible, Ive had 2 experiences with them not delivering the day thet were supposed to. They are used for SQDC same-day deliveries (provincial weed shop). First time they didnt show, I got an email about ten PM that night stating that the driver couldnt find my address (2433a, where the "A" denotes basement apartment) and didnt try to contact me by phone or message. Todays incident was the apartment number missing (Ive since moved from that basement) and contacting E24, they told me that they cannot modify an address on deliveries, even if its to add the apartment number....
Ill be going back to black market suppliers, as SQDC and E24 are both terrible, near-scamming in their operations.
