Interestingly, despite never returning any of my calls and emails, this pathetic excuse for a business respond right away when their sickening dishonesty is exposed on Trustpilot. That in itself should tell any potentiel client everything they need to know about this company.
Their dishonesty is sickening, anything to be right, keep on avoidIng the issue and find all possible excuses not to reimburse me for my 240 euros.
As they very well know, the tracking number to which they are referring to is the tracking number that I mentioned in my previous message, the tracking number of a package that never arrived (for proof, verification on la poste website) and which has been declared lost by La poste.
It is their responsibility to deliver the items securely and safely to the paying customer, and to reimburse the customer in the event of loss.
As for the “impossibility” of reimbursing me because of the case opened with Paypal, they simply are liars.
As I already knew, Paypal confirms to me that they can proceed with the refund at any time, which would close the dispute case automatically. Il est interessant de constater que bien que n ayant jamais répondu à aucun de mes appels et de mes emails, ces minables répondent tout de suite quand leur malhonneteté écoeurante est exposée sur Trustpilot.
D une malhonnêteté crasse, clairement prêts à tout pour avoir raison et continuer à noyer le poisson et trouver toutes les excuses possibles pour ne pas me rembourser mes 240 euros.
Comme ils le savent tres bien, Le numero de suivi auquel ils font reference est le numero de suivi que je mentionne dans mon message précédant, il s agit du numero de reference d un colis qui n est jamais arrivé( pour preuve, verification sur le site de la poste faisant foi) et qui a eté déclare perdu par la poste.
C est leur responsabilité d acheminer les articles de manière sure et sécurisée jusqu au client, et de rembourser le client en cas de perte.
Quand à leur foutaise concernant l impossibilité de me rembourser à cause du cas ouvert avec Paypal, ce sont tous simplement des menteurs.
Comme je le savais deja, Paypal me confirme qu ils peuvent à tout moment procéder au remboursement, ce qui fermerait le cas de litige automatiquement.
