I bought a samsonite bag one year ago and after 4 use with flight my lugage is destroyed. I have contacted the company and no answer over the phone or email.

I send 4 bags and only 1 bags get to me…

I send 4 bags and only 1 bags get to me on time. The collector was late by an hour. There’s only 1 bag get to my destination on time the other were delayed. I couldn’t reach the client service at all. 3635 was useless no one answer. Don’t use this service definitely don’t recommend this service. It’s stressful and waste of time.

Poor quality luggage and non application of warranty laws

Luggage broken twice in two uses. Poor quality, cheap Madisson brand.
First time repaired for the handle, second time handle system broken, no application of legal European warranty and turned down for exchange after less than two years ownership.
After sales service less than useful.

Lost delivery and not answering emails or telephone

I have tried calling numerous times (number busy and then cuts off) and emailed multipe times over the past three weeks and have not recieved a response.

School bag ordered in early August. Email with chronpost link sent which indicated that they could not identify the delivery address. Then marked as 'delivered' but not parcel has been delivered.

Is Mes Baggages a scam, or gone bankrupt?

even after reading many negative…

even after reading many negative feedback, i went forward to purchase my leather duffle bag as it was available only at mesbagages.com. the price was the lowest, the bag was shipped within 24hrs and were delivered on time. the bag turn out genuine same color and brand i purchased for and no defect to be seen. highly appreciated and would definitely recommend.

4 star only because company doesn't shipped outside french territories and therefore i had to shipped to a third party in France and then to my country. This added 2 day additional for delivery time not to forget i had to pay tax twice.

Needing a new travelling case I…

Needing a new travelling case I searched the Internet and of the several sites available I chose Mesbagages. I place an order over the weekend - Monday morning it was acknowledged and the case was deliverd to my home before lunch on Tuesday! It was exactly that which I had ordered in perfect state. Amazingly I saved near €50 by using Mesbagages over any other site I discovered on the Internet. For any future requirements for cases or related objects Mesbagages will be my premier site of choice. Again - Really arrogant and bad service from Mesbagages!

The company's response below proves that they have completely misunderstood my message and how to build a lasting relationship with their current and future customers. Everyone knows that it is difficult to determine the exact characteristics of an article you buy on-line. That is why all companies have a generous exchange policy. All companies but Mesbagages, that is.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company at all. I purchased a briefcase from them in January meant as a birthday gift for my wife in February. It was very important that the bag could hold an A4 binder so I checked the measurements of the briefcase carefully before ordering. When my wife unpacked her birthday present it became obvious that the briefcase could not hold a binder since the internal dimension of it was much smaller than the external. I contacted Mesbagages immediately in order to change the briefcase to another bigger bag but they refused since the two weeks of right to return had already passed. I thought they were extraordinary unflexible since I didn't want to return anything, just change it for another bag at the same -or a higher- price. I will not recommend Mesbagage to other customers neither will I buy anything from them again.
