I ordered a phone case. Didn’t receive it, asked for a refund. But this company doesn’t respond emails. You don’t receive your order and they don’t give you a refund. And you can sent 1000 emails, they don’t reply your mail. DON’T ORDER at this company

this company is a scam. They stole my money

I ordered my case on the 5th October 2020, after consulting online with them about a specific design I wanted to remind me of my partner who passed away this year in September..they had exactly what I was looking for. No PayPal, however I trusted them because they were so helpful ( I thought ). It’s now 29th December and no case. Loads of emails to them have gone unanswered, I am heartbroken and furious that I cannot redeem my money as it came straight out of my Visa card. Total scammers

Never received the product. Lodged a complaint with PayPal and Mermaid Case messaged me told me it’s been shipped and that was in September. They stole my money and are not responding to messages. This is a SCAM.

Was really nervous after reading the reviews, but I did actually receive the case! It took about 3 weeks to ship, but once it shipped it came two days later. The case isn’t super amazing quality but I didn’t expect it to be for the price. I got one of the cases that comes with a matching pop socket. The pop socket is a little different then the normal one but feels really sticky and sturdy like it’s not going anywhere. Overall I’m really happy with my experience considering my expectations were so low from reading the other reviews. If you are looking to get a trendy cheap case I think this website will work for you!

They literally stole my money. My order was never processed and I havent gotten a refund. INEXISTENT customer service. My mails go lost in the internet somewhere.Stay away!!!

Never received the item, never recieved a response

DO NOT BUY- it took so long for my case to get to me and finally when it did I got the completely wrong case. I ordered a clear case with pink hearts And the one I got says “VE foreyer “ they even spelt it wrong. Please save your money and time

Bestel hier geen producten. Er werd niet gecommuniceerd en niet geleverd. Nu drie weken geleden besteld, diverse malen naar gevraagd wat de status is. Geen reactie. Do not order from this company. They do not deliver or communicate. I Think it is I fake Company.

Do NOT order with any sort of expectations. They do NOT respond to emails or chats and provide ZERO customer service! I over paid for the crap products that they distribute. These cases are not protective in any way shape or form. They are rubber that bends and flops the pops appear to be part of case but in fact just stick on. I have bought better cases from the dollar store no joke. These were suppose to be Christmas gifts and never arrived in time when ordered over a month before. Tracking was sent after the cases arrived way late. RUN AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Never received the phone case I purchased after one month. Never got a shipping notice, just the original confirmation email. Attempted to contact them twice, and no response. Ended up having to dispute through my bank. Bummer, because it was a cute case

Very bad!
I ordered two cases and they never arrived. I messaged them on every possible way and never got a response, i even wrote them on instagram and all they did was blocking me. I paid them over 30$ and they never even shipped the cases. I had never experienced such a bad customer service. You should take care when buying from here, i would not recommend it AT ALL.

I ordered two phone cases from them and they had no problem taking my money but it has been over a month and I haven’t received anything. I have written then over 20 emails, dmed them on insta and Facebook and they haven’t responded to anything. I would never buy from here again, and neither should you.
