Impertinent, shameless scam! Direct violations of personal data use, fake promises, lies.... why the owner is still not in jail (where is he?) and how come this kind of "project" exists??

SCAM
SCAM. Be aware, it's wasting your time with endless tests , which show at first as "passed", but then changes automatically to "failed". Not even able to confirm address verification even with 2 different completely valid documents (my guess is, they are very carefull with who and from which country can sue them :D)
This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam! Stay away, I think they use the assessment tests as their AI training data, so they make you work for free. If you get a project you take more assessments so more free work and then their systems don't work for you actually to complete the steps to get paid and their support is nonexistent. Don't waste your time doing free work!
Waiting for Godot
I received a pre-acceptance for the Invisible Technologies project and was invited to the workspace area. I also joined the Slack channel for communication.
During the onboarding process, a sudden exam requirement was introduced. I took the exam, and afterward I received a message on Slack from an Invisible representative named S.C., who told me that the passing score was 50% and that I had not passed.
I was then given a second attempt. After completing it, the same representative informed me that my score was 55% and that the passing score was now 60%, meaning I still did not pass.
Honestly, this gives me the impression that the passing score may be adjusted depending on the applicant’s result. In these kinds of projects, I would normally expect a fixed and transparent passing requirement from the beginning. Also, based on my own performance during the second attempt, I expected a score closer to 70%, which further increased my concerns about the consistency of the evaluation process.
I requested a detailed evaluation report and asked why the passing score appeared to change between attempts. So far, I have not received any proper human response.
At this point, the whole process feels extremely unprofessional and difficult to trust.
Update (20 May 2026): After posting this review, I still have not received any clear or convincing explanation regarding the inconsistent passing scores and evaluation process; the responses remain vague and contradictory, and at this point the experience feels less like a professional onboarding process and more like Waiting for Godot — constant waiting, shifting expectations, and no real clarity.
Initial Assessment + English (US) Verification Test+ Comprehensive English Assessment
UPDATED: The Team looked into the matter and verified that I had already taken the test when I applied via the generic job page (likely I passed). So, I was able to address that issue. Now I am stuck on two similar issues, and so far no answer. Will update again when I hear back. Original Post: In my profile, under "Initial Skill Verification," it shows "In Progress." When I click on it, after Start Assessment, I read: "You have already taken the test. This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." I don't think I have taken the Assessment. I started it, but then I had to get my ID, and thus I closed the page. Probably that's why it says, "In Progress." I have applied for some positions and taken some assessments, but I don't recall any of them being the Initial Skill Verification. I am stuck. I can't have my account verified. I am just trying to understand what happened. I have sent countless emails, but no one has ever replied. Totally disrespectful, if not fake.

I kind like these it's very important and interesting facts about it 👌
Fragmented hiring process and lack of ownership
The hiring process involved multiple layers (internal marketplace, third-party assessment platform), with no clear ownership of issues.
After reporting a technical problem during the assessment, I was redirected to external support and the request was closed without resolution.
This created unnecessary friction and reflects a lack of accountability. Candidates should not be expected to coordinate between systems to complete basic steps in a hiring process.
Overall, the experience felt fragmented and not candidate-focused.
They should be banned from operating in the EU
A small group of incompetents trying—and failing—to imitate the major AI training players. The entire operation feels amateurish, disorganized, and ultimately ineffective. On top of that, there are clearly discriminatory hourly rates based on workers’ country of origin, which is both unethical and deeply unprofessional.
The internal culture is even worse. Nepotism is rampant: unless you’re part of the inner circle, there is no real path for growth or advancement. Performance and merit seem irrelevant compared to how well you can ingratiate yourself with operations managers. Career progression appears to depend far more on favoritism than on actual skills or results.
What makes the situation even more troubling is the broader context in which this company operates, as it seems to lack the ethical standards and accountability expected within the European market. Given these issues, it is difficult to justify allowing such an organization to continue operating or extracting data from within the European Union.
they are really invisable
they are really invisable, why would they make 100+ of fake projects outside. When you login and continue filling the rest of info there is no one of these jobs
They will make you spend your time on…
They will make you spend your time on interviews and assessments,I have passed all of them, they went over hiring details, requirements and pay rate, but at the end they stated that the project got "paused" and thank me for trying and to keep my "eyes open" for possibles openings in a near future..... after spending a lot of my time. Are you serious????
Do not apply with them since it will still be a waste of time. They do not respect your time, your professionalism, effort or your results.
I feel really disappointed because at the end, everything about this company feels like a lie.
