Absolutely the worst company! Do not order from them!!! I repeat DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered some slippers for my daughter, did not receive them contacted the company and they said it shows as delivered so not willing to help, even though I have not received the item they told me I had to contact royal mail who said they logged it but the company has to claim told them this they made a claim but still refusing to refund me for am ordered I have not received

Do not ordered Absolutely disgusting service and will be taking this further the sight should be shut down

I would give zero stars if was able. Merchrocks.co.uk Ignored all emails I sent them. I need a refund on express delivery I paid for, which your company did not commit to. My order was placed on the 3rd of September 2023 and is still due for delivery on the 6th September.. This is clearly standard delivery and I want refunding please. Order number is 5043.

Ordered T shirts (good price) but size guide on their site which we followed gave us T shirts which were too small. Returns process seems appalling with so far no replies or sign of being able to exchange or get money back. Avoid.

Good experience, tees were of good quality, and cheaper than elsewhere.

I wasn't sure which size to order and was helpfully provided with a size chart.

It turned out that the supplier's sizing didn't match the size chart (not their fault) but I returned one of the tees for a refund with no issues.

The only comment I'd make is that it would be useful to have the size charts on the website, rather than needing to ask for them.

However the prices are really good and I would definitely use again.
