Really disappointing experience very long wait for delivery
No notification at time of purchase that the item was to be drop shipped from China
Item arrived this week and again very disappointing quality
The item was a men’s large hoodie jumper I recently bought my 8 year old daughter a jacket from river island and the size of the jumper is comparable to the jacket and my daughter is not 6 feet tall
I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience and will not order again

Bought Venom Chevron sneakers for son Uk7. They were waaaayyyy too small. Tried to exchange them and their website says I can't return them. I've emailed them twice and filled out their contact form on their website. I didn't want a refund, I wanted an exchange. Got an acknowledgement email but never heard from them. Finally got fed up and contacted my bank for a charge back which thankfully I received. So if anyone wants a pair of sneakers that are more like a UK6 than a UK7, let me know because they are just taking up space in my house. You cannot sell shoes online and not expect individuals to want to return or exchange them even if they are on sale especially if its because the size is totally off. Will never order from their site again.

I ordered a shoes from here that was very good , everything was excellent but the delivery time was very late, it was almost 30-45 days

Hello!
This morning I received my order. A set of trainers, they look amazing and feel fresh and breathable... however.
I ordered a UK9 and the label on the inside says they are a UK8.5
The actual trainers are actually a UK11/12. They are far too big for my feet. Did the manufacturer just grab any size shoe and stick on any old label.... The shoes arrived in 16days of purchasing so I cant complain there, hopefully they can rectify my order within the same timescale or faster.

So I have attempted to do an exchange order for my oversized shoes however it will not allow it as they are not a refundable item..?
Surly this must be a selling breach of policy.
I am not asking for a refund but just an exchange for the correct size in footwear. Highly not impressed.
