I bought my first pair of shoes a while ago. They had to be shipped from the UK to the Netherlands so it took a long time to arrive. After some time they came in in a good shape and I really loved them! I still wear them very often and I even promote their shoes on my instagram right now! I have a really good experience with this brand and I simply don’t know why so many people write bad reviews about this amazing company!

DO NOT BUY IT!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them last week and they sent a confirmation email saying I have ordered them and then took the money from my account. Then another email sent to me saying that there will be an email containing my tracking information to the product and then after that I emailed them because I never got the tracking information so they emailed back telling me it will come and so I waited longer and now they haven’t replied to any emails or messages on phone or instagram and so on so I advise not buying from this company as it’s fake.

I have also seen other companies (can’t remember the names) selling literally the exact same shoes online which is strange. So I’m gonna try and get this one put down for being fake.

DO NOT BUY HERE! This is definitely a fraud, besides no communication at all, the ordered product didn't even arrive, but it was charged.

Do not order there. I never received my product after 4 months, and they ignore my messages

Ordered my trainers weeks ago and have still had no confirmation - there ignoring my messages on Instagram and email - does anyone know how i am meant to get a refund?

Delivered shoes with broken holders for the shoelaces. No replies to mails or messages despite several reminders so now we are stuck with shoes that are paid but cannot be tied...
Will never buy here again and will actively and publicly dissuade everybody from buying here.

This is fake company. I never got info about delivery, I have claimed twice on their contact e-mail, never got any answer back, then I asked for money refund, never got answer back...

we received our order MLB20051 today from China.
The shoes had no box and smell of plastic and glue.
And you pretend to sell luxury goods.
We don't want this low-end product made in china barely 3 pounds.
We want immediate refund.
We will file a complaint against your business and notify consumers on Instagram, Facebook.
Please do the necessary to credit us and give us the address for the return.

Still waiting for my answer to return product, bad service bad quality should be closed

Shoes came a size to small, emailed company for an exchange and received an automated response saying that I would receive a full response within 48 hours. Never received a further response despite several emails and website won't allow me to send them back now I have gone over the 7 days of receiving them despite emailing them well within their timeframe. Now stuck with overpriced shoes that my girlfriend can't wear.

One of the best shoes i ever had.Comfortable than my nikes.Just the issue is they take way too long for delivery.

Poor quality, fake and over priced... I honestly cannot think of a single good thing about this company. Mens luxury!!? this is a joke, there is absolutely nothing luxury about their goods. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company is a scam do not trust them everything they say say is a lie... can't even get money back because item was on sale...Wt# everything on site is on sale!

I ordered for a chevron X9X shoes but neither I got the shipping info not tracking number and even not any information about the despatch or delivery even they deducted money it is one of the worst apps cheating customer I mailed so many time placed message on what's app FB made calls but we're totally ignored

The seller is not answering calls or letters.Goods are sent from China, a terrible fake! Be sure to read the Terms of service, Privacy policy, Refund policy - the seller is not responsible for anything, all your actions are at your risk. Don 't order anything here! If you are affected, the European Union has already passed a law blocking websites of companies that violate the rights of consumers "Consumer protection cooperation regulation."

Do not order. I ordered a pair for 70 euros. It took them one and a half month to deliver. The shoes are bad quality. They are made in China and I found in Greece exactly the same design for 24 euros.

I ordered shoes on nov. 26. 2019, got a tracking number. The tracking number stopped updating on dec 14th and has not updated since. I emailed the company a few times, messages them on whatsapp, twitter, facebook, and instagram and have been completely ignored. It sucks cause the shoes look awesome. Gonna report it fraud to my bank and hopefully get my money back.

Very bad service. I had hope this was a genuinely good shop but alas the worst online shopping I've had to date! I ordered staff 3 weeks ago and to date I still don't have a despatch/tracking number! I've written several emails and called numerous times with no response. Stay clear from this shop is all I can advise fellow customers. I'm gonna chase return of my funds asap! Shocking and non existent service...very poor!
