The idea of the product is great but unfortunately it arrived broken, the handle was snapped in two, so I think the way it's packed needs reconsideration. The company dealt with it pretty quickly though and it's on its way back.

Delivery person threw this package over the gate. It is a gift and it was dented and the packaging all fell apart. This company need to change their couriers. They offered me the option of sending the goods back but to be honest at this time of year it is all too much pfaff and there is no guarantee that I will then receive the replacement goods in time for Christmas - if they even still have them in stock.
I have bought it for my husband’s Christmas gift but haven’t opened it yet. The one I used recently in a holiday let was brilliant. Unfortunately when it arrived the handle was sticking out of a hole in the side of the box

Bought as a present for a family member. It's a good size, looks good quality, is sturdy but surprisingly, not too heavy in weight ( from the size of the box it came in). I'm very pleased, hope my nephew will be too!
