Kim and the others at Mendip provide a service that is rare to find these days. From start to finish they went above and beyond in our project, dealing with problems and going out of their way to find solutions. We replaced our conservatory with HUP! walling and an ultra frame roof and are so pleased with the result. Paul the fitter was incredibly hardworking and did an excellent job. Kim is approachable, fair and really goes out of his way to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the work. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them. Tori

From design through to completion I cannot fault Mendip Conservatories. They take real pride in the work they complete and they have left us with an extension to be very proud of. The communication throughout the project was superb and you could tell the genuine care from the staff onsite right through to the owners.

Delighted with our conservatory upgrade. The office staff were both friendly and helpful, enabling us to get the product that we wanted at a price that we were pleasantly surprised about. What they weren't is pushy, unlike some glazing suppliers that we have used over the years. The installers were great and respectful of our property too.
If you are in the market for the products that they offer, I would highly recommend that you check them out.

From the moment we ventured into their offices at Congresbury next to the old Cadbury garden centre, we felt at ease.
Every single member of staff, from Ben in the office to the ground workers (who really were superb) to the two guys installing in dreadful weather, the plasterer and the electrician, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB can’t rate them highly enough.
Is it cheap, no, but you get what you pay for, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed……just one other point, George was the guy that oversaw the whole project, how nice a guy was he…….

What a fantastic team of people. I have had a kitchen and utility roof replaced with an ultra frame roof and lantern in the kitchen. All the team are professional, paperwork all in order and nothing is too much. The guys who completed the job were all excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Mendip. The work took around six weeks to complete but Laura kept me updated at all times. The work flowed well finishing with final fix electrics. Thank you everyone

I visited the showroom and Ben was really helpful in talking to me about all the options and showing me around. Throughout the process Ben clearly explained all the factors impacting what was feasible and when rules and regulations applied or didn't when it came to conservatories, plus dealt with all the applications relevant for building over a drain. I also had my front door replaced and he went to great lengths to ensure I could get the colour I wanted.

Ben contacted me throughout each stage of the process to ensure things were going smoothly. There were some challenges with the drain pipe due to the location of some existing piping from my house but the build and office teams worked together to come up with several solutions to the problem and talked me through them all. The plastering is absolutely perfect and my existing patio that was partially removed for the conservatory has been left undamaged and neat.

All the people who did the work were friendly and hard working and clearly very experienced.

We wanted to replace our polycarbonate conservatory roof with a lightweight tiled roof. After a lot if research as to what products were available and who could install it, we visited the Mendip Congresbury show site and concluded that the Ultraframe tiled product was the solution. We had various good conversations with George and placed a contract with Mendip. The work was undertaken by Pete with Ben support to a very high standard.
We would highly recommend Mendip for their professionalism and outstanding project management, our new tiled roof thoroughly meets our requirements.

Ben, Kim, Laura et al were all excellent at taking me through the process of designing, ordering and fitting my new front door and all my leaky double glazing units.

Two of the panes were accidentally ordered at the wrong size, but this was quickly rectified with no additional expense to me.

They were all corteous and considerate of my needs. I have a brain tumour that affects my ability to use the phone, so they happily used emails as much as possible.

The price was very competitive with similar doors from other companies. Overall, very happy with the service and products from Mendip Conservatories.

Mendip Conservatories - a rare business that offers a truly bespoke quality service and a personal touch. From the initial contact with Laura, to the Estimator and then Pete the fantastic fitter (who worked miracles!) we are so pleased that we used Mendip Conservatories. They have transformed our dining room with a tilt and turn window, and replaced our old cold leaking sunroom with a modern bi-fold, warm sunroom that lets in so much light. I can't wait for it to be summer!! I would recommend them to everyone!

My wife and I wanted to replace our old glass roofing on the conservatory. After a great deal of research and having obtained quotes from other companies, we chose Mendip. They listened to us and put forward a great plan which overcame concerns we had over possible boundary issues and ultimately achieved all we wanted to.
The whole project was well managed from start to finish and the various trades people i.e. removal/installation, plasterer, electrician and painter carried out their work so well.
We would highly recommend Mendip for the professional, courteous and competent way in which everything was done. They are very competitive on pricing too.

The planning and installation of our new conservatory was excellent. Richard Abel visited our house and discussed what we wanted to achieve and we talked through ideas and options before coming to a good solution. The delivery of the materials and the installation was managed by Kim and George with Paul and Russ the main fitters. Great product and very professional throughout with an excellent job done - all finished before Christmas! I would recommend Mendip and the team to anybody.

Fantastic company to deal with. Really professional from start to finish. They asked loads of questions when first looking at the windows that were being replaced which was really reassuring. Things like where furniture would go, child safety features, trickle vents etc. Other companies that quoted for the same job didn’t bother with the same level of detail which is what Mendip windows stood out for. The window fitters did the whole installation in one day and were polite and friendly and tidy. Overall, really great Communication and competitively priced. Would use again!

Kim, Ben and all the team at Mendip were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys during and after our build. The builders and tradesmen were all extremely professional and courteous. Our build was finished to a very high standard at a very competitive price. It was a pleasant experience all round from start to finish and would highly recommend using Mendip for a stress-free, professional and quality build.

We made the decision for Mendip to build our conservatory extension following a site visit from Ben. He walked us through the entire design process and helped realise our project.
Mendip were transparent throughout the entire process and any issues found during the build were communicated to us immediately and rapidly resolved.
We intended for this additional room to be built as our family expanded this Summer with a little baby boy so definitely makes the house feel big enough to accommodate all of us!
