I can’t imagine it’s cheaper handling chargebacks than it is to have honest billing practices & terms of sale. You can neither access 1080p videos nor
download any scenes without paying further fees on a regular membership. Even if you lie about offering access to downloads, I should at the very least be able to stream 1080p videos on a "full access membership." Thankfully, here in America, the Federal Trade Commission protects consumers against deceptive practices.

My subscription expired on 30 April 2025 and I renewed it on the 2nd of May. I got no access. Thinking that the credit card transaction had gone wrong, on the 4th of may i paid again, Yet I still have no access. The so called "live chat" is actually totally dead. I queued for one hour without success. Trying to contact the management by mail is useless, you just receive an automatic message telling you to go to the live chat. SO, TWO FEES FOR NOTHING! BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!

If you sign up for the 2 day trial then you can't access anything (other than a few sample videos/games). All the good content is behind a further paywall that they don't tell you about until they've taken your 2-day trial money. Then it's hard to cancel the membership as you need to call or chat with someone, can't just click a button to stop the automatic payments

This site is a huge SCAM!!!! The charge is $32 a month, however if you want to access the site more than once a day they ban your account for too many log ins. I suppose the $32 is for viewing 1 video a day, because you are logged out while watching it. I do not think that is worth the price. I guess you need to view the fine print. Before joining I did not and got banned for too many log ins because I was not aware you can only access the site once a day.

Better use Gay xtapes the site is free and many scenes Can be found here also you can download most of the videos 😉 Don’t waste your money and have fun

The reviews here are correct: the "trial" membership gives 8 randomly selected videos. If you try to unlock a scene for an additional charge - which I thought was reasonable - THE SCENE IS NOT UNLOCKED. Not to mention that the members area is a minefield of signing up to associated websites for extortionate amounts of money. Even if there's a scene you really want to see, it is not worth losing your money entirely. Just wait another day and it will be online somewhere for free. I can't believe this has been going on for years - thought I was doing something right by paying for porn for once.

I bought a 7 day membership for one dollar and they stole all my money and I didn't even get a membership

Got scammed by them. Only selected one month and double checked this. After subscribing it said I signed up for a YEAR!!!!?! Spoke to the billing company on live chat who said the company covers such things “in the terms and conditions”. Which basically means they can act like cowboys and scam people of their money and get away with it “because it’s in the terms and conditions”! These cowboys should be shut down by law enforcement because they’re willingly robbing people of their hard earned money!

Shadiest subscription business I've seen in my life. They entice with a cheap 2day trial which makes you think you get access to the whole site. Only 8 random pre selected vids. When you try to cancel they've made it purposely difficult. You have to email a support team. In which I feel they try drag time on so it forces you into paying a more expensive subscription. I've had to block my card. Unbelievable such a shady company is still operating like this and so prominent. Hope they go out of business. Woe to entities that promote them.

I did a year purchase of both Men.com and Sean Cody with download in August. Nearly half the time I log on, I cannot access the Sean Cody site because it is locked or says membership is expired even though it has been less than two months since purchase. Nearly half the time I cannot download on Men.com because the site says I have not paid for download privileges even though I have. The issue mysteriously gets resolved for a day or two and then the problem starts all over again. Support never responds to my online inquiries

Just don’t go there. It’s a completely dishonest set-up, from a financial point of view. You’ll select your payment option, and untick the add-on yawn, and then you’re taken into the payment area. The first card offered will be declined, and so you’ll get an alternative one, and carry on with the payment.
In the meantime, your choice of service will have been changed to a yearly option, and the add-on added.
Just go to williamhiggins.com - it’s better and. squeaky clean.
Absolute dishonest rubbish.

I had been a customer for some time and thought that they'd have highest standards in the industry. I was wrong.

They were sneaky enough to change the trap page after signing in. Now you have to uncheck the box which would otherwise subscribe you to their other add on sites. I didn't realize that it had changed and instead of continuing to the member site, they charged my card without my authorization. They didn't ask "Confirm payment of xx,xx on your card", it was just bang my card was billed without me being aware of it.

I contacted Probiller and they were just trying to make me pay more and they didn't refund and didn't apologize neither. Whoa, they sure do know how to make a customer angry. They could however give me an extra month or switch the site to something more likeable. I still felt betrayed.

On top of that Probiller is owned by the same group of companies. So it is their policy not to give refunds even if it would be wise to keep a returning customer happy. Other companies do that and customers keep on returning. So it'd be a great moment for this company to set highest standards on the industry and treat customers fairly and not scam them out of their money.

It's such a shame that men.com has great content on their site but their paysite trap that steals money ruins everything. I may have to cancel my card because I can't trust them anymore. I feel betrayed.

They have taken £49.00 out of my account the credit card company is looking in to it you send the company message but they never get back to you. When you buy coins you get 50 message a day and when you message someone all they are doing is sending you messages all the time and you could look at send fourth message a day witch would cost £99.00. On computer it says it is a fake site with not many members and forty messages a day so they say it is fake with no owners name the credit card company say it is fraud. It is only-man.com it is not man.com

They charged me £57.79 after i cancelled my subscription, NEVER sign up for this site they will not refund you even though they STEAL you're money. they will not refund you as it is their 'policy' you can find ALL of their content for FREE on other sites anyway. I thought this site would be trustworthy due to how long its been around and all of the well know actors associated with the site. I now have to go without food for a few days since they took more than double what was told I would be paying. I would never recommend this site to anyone

I signed up today - received a conflirmation - login was refused. So i contacted technical Support, but no Chance to make it work! Either userid nor Email is recognized (but Email goes through) - i requested rollback and refund - not possible you have to pay the Initial period. - Page is a fake and billig company not performing

Horrible site. Scam! I paid for the 1 dollar, 2 day membership and you can’t watch any videos at all. It will take you to this “members area” and a selection of videos come up. Once you click a video it will tell you to pay DESPITE you already paying for a membership to watch said videos.

You pay to access the site but have to pay again to watch the videos on the site. Makes no sense. “900+ videos” but you can’t watch any of them unless you wanna pay another 2-5 dollars per video. …because you have to pay even though you paid for the subscription. Save your money, very very wonky and glitchy site.

If your unlucky like me you might get a pop up syaing your membership expired even though you just bought it.
