Ordered according to size chart and the measurements were completely different to what they have listed. I understand its approximate but there is a difference between approximately and 2-3 whole inches. Offered Me £5 partial refund which I ended up talking as their customer services is a complete waste of time and no common sense used

Rubbish company do not bother buying from these muppets shocking customer service

We came from out of town shortly before closing and Samena was SO helpful, didn’t rush us and was lovely ❤️

Spent over two hundred pounds on six suits, they sent five which i picked and one i did not.

I sent back the suit I didn't order by 48 hour tracked Royal mail, they say they haven't received it even though it shows delivered.

Trying to get a refund has been impossible, there customer service is extremely poor.

Avoid at all costs.
